Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

The room is nice and clean. However, I was disgusted by the facial tissues provided in the room. The facial tissues were torn into half before being filled into the tissue box!!! Meaning every single piece of the facial tissue was touched by whoever tore the facial tissues, and these facial tissues have all been contaminated! This is so unhygienic!!! When I called for housekeeping to bring me new tissue box, the facial tissues were the same—being torn into half!! This practice needs to be stopped immediately, as it’s extremely unhygienic and not acceptable! Hope the hotel will look into this matter seriously. I bought my own facial tissues from the supermarket next door. Besides that, I was disappointed that the hotel check in staff didn’t realize that it was my birthday on the check in day. An initiative to give your guest a pleasant birthday surprise would be very much appreciated.

Very good hotel service and amenities. FYI, it seems that Da Nang is “split” between two “areas” - the side where this hotel is located at, and the other side across the Dragon Bridge. It seems that a lot more food options and shops are across the other side so we ended up Grabbing a lot over. However, there’s a mall directly behind this hotel about 3-5 mins walk away. You can see the fireworks display on the Dragon Bridge if you pick the Horizon View. Oh!!! The butterfly pea lemonade drink that is complimentary at the reception is soooo good we drank it everyday when we came back.

The locality is so strategic to free & easy tourist as within walking distance it connect to the place(s) where you can get foods/restaurants wirh reasonable pricing. If you arrive early no worries about the gap time before check in as you can easily walk around. The hotel pricing is so competative, frankly I thought they could priced much higher 🤣

The staff were very friendly and helpful as I arrived. There is no railing or disabled entrance to the hotel. Fortunately I was not raining as the entrance is polished marble. The room was quite pleasant. Nice overall no disabled bars, but the staff got a chair so I could shower. Breakfast was a guess work as there were no labels or descriptions of the items. Food was passable and filling.

This resort is located on My Khe Beach. This time I booked a villa with a private pool. The hotel environment is very good and the facilities in the room are also beautiful. They also provide bath salts for people to soak in, and the service is attentive. The hotel's infinity swimming pool has a beautiful view, and you can also go directly to the hotel's dedicated beach, giving you a high degree of privacy. In addition, it is worth praising that the hotel's buffet has rich choices and tastes very good. The hotel also provides free golf carts so that guests can use golf carts at any time, which is very convenient.

The location is near an intersection, so it's easy to go here and there. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although the facility has been remodeled, the hardware seems to be a bit lacking. I stayed on the 8th floor. The water pressure was too weak, and the hot water didn't work well. I think it's not a bad option for those who just want to stay quietly. The restaurant on the first floor is a bit pricey, but it's okay.

Honestly, this hotel was very average. There was some mold in the pool, but other than that, there weren't any issues with cleanliness. The staff was efficient and polite, so there were no issues there. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that l found the hotel rooms quite small. Overall, the hotel was a nice and affordable stay.
