The hotel is located near the beach its just 5 minutes walk, but the fixtures are almost broken, pool not maintained and the breakfast is not good.
Staffs cant speak English which is a huge communication gap

Great host with an up beat personality (great at taking pictures of you too)!
Picks you up from your hotel and contacts you on WhatsApp too, very punctual!
You can choose what size hat you want to paint depending on if you can put it in your bag or not which was great! I chose medium.. and you get about 30mins to paint them!
The hat makers offer you tea too, they're such lovely people.
At the incense village, you can also make your own incense sticks and take them home.
Definitely reccomend if you want to do something that's not a whole day thing such as Sapa and Halong Bay (I did the half day tour)

Because I needed to catch an early flight, I just randomly chose a hotel. The price says it all, and the waiter was quite enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are old, and the hygiene is average. If the air conditioner is not turned on, the house on the third floor has a smell. When the air conditioner is turned on, there is a smell of dust. The towels are also yellowed. The room is large, but the fatal problem is that it is close to the window and the road, and there is constant noise from cars. There is no sound insulation at all, and it is not easy to fall asleep.
