It's not a five-star hotel at all, it's a very low-end hotel, I don't know how it got five stars. The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear the conversation in the next room. The square music downstairs is played until late at night, it's very loud. If it wasn't for the cheap price, I would never book it and I won't go there again!

And the cost performance is not very high among the five-star hotels around the hotel. The front desk is very rigid and does not allow early check-in. I applied for early check-in at 10, but it was not processed until 10:30 and I paid 500,000 VND. The worst thing is that a bottle of mineral water costs 20,000 VND, but I have to pay 5,000 VND tax.
