HAIAN Riverfront Hotel Da Nang Reviews

The location is good, you can see the dragon bridge, but you’re at the back end of the bridge, not the head where the Fire and Water comes from. I specifically wanted a balcony but the “balcony” was actually just a window (see pic) and there was no room to hang out there. There was a power cut and the generator failed so we woke up to no lights or AC and nothing had charged. I didn’t want to go for breakfast on this day as I wasn’t even sure it was possible. It would’ve been nice if they’d offered us a free coffee or something to make up for the inconvenience.

The location is fantastic, offering a front view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge, and it's centrally situated within walking distance of many local eateries. The room is spacious, modern, and offers great value for money. The staff are friendly, greeting you warmly upon arrival and providing excellent care during your stay. However, the noise level is a significant downside. Being on a major street, there’s constant traffic, even at night, and nearby construction worsens the issue. The sound insulation isn't the best, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Hotel staff was so friendly “Xin Chao”☺️, we love their amenities especially the spa area, food is nice at the resto and their hotel coffee in the room service and the coffee shop below. Location wise is convenient to all those shops especially the Dragon bridge, we can even see the Ba Na Hills night lights and the fireworks.

Great location, walking distance to Han market and even the night market across the bridge. Room is standard. Breakfast has limited vegetarian option. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall considered good experience.

In general the room is clean, it has iron in the room so it is quite convenient for business traveller. The toilet looks old and mouldy tho... location is near to many eateries around, there is a market and the pink cathedral within 5 minutes walk.

Would recommend this hotel for who want to travel around Danang Very good location and view of Dragon Bridge is awesome Walkable to Pink church, cafe reply 1988, APEC park is not far Nice staff Clean room

WARNING! DO NOT STAY IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING! The rooms are extremely noisy. I booked the Hai A Suite and the entire room is very thin windows that lets noise in from the club next door and the busy street. It is so noisy that the hotel even leaves a note warning you how loud it is and provides you with ear plugs. The room is beautiful but all of that is ruined because you will not get any sleep. Even with ear plugs I can hear loud music from the club, cars honking, and people walking in the street. I stayed at the Sunriver hotel down the street the night before and I didn’t have a problem with noise there and it was half the price. Seriously do not stay here unless you plan on staying awake the entire night. The gym equipment is really old and bad quality. The lady at the spa gives very weak massages. The only good things are the rooms are beautiful, the cafe downstairs has amazing coffee, and the breakfast buffet was also very good.

The property is near to facilities, good view of the Han river and dragon bridge if you’ve a room with balcony. Nice coffee outlet with choices in the M floor & more near to hotel as well. Han market,many SPA and pubs are close to this property. Overall it was a good experience and shall stay here again

Very pleasant stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Had very good rest before my onward journey. Viet restaurant has good food. Rooftop lounge cooler at night. But food there not so great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Generally, Viet hospitality is pretty good.
