Really like it, there is breakfast, the room is clean, the hotel is near My Khe Beach. Take a leisurely walk along the beach.

Kova Diamond provided exceptional service and delicious breakfast. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, while the waitstaff provided top-notch service with a smile. Highly recommended for a great stay and amazing breakfast spread.

My Title may seem obvious, but there were issues with this hotel. At first they only gave one room card and said they wouldn't issue a second one. It is hot in Da Nang in July, so the room was really hot when we went in. We put the card in the slot to start the air conditioning and after an hour the room, even though it was only small, was still hot. I went back to reception and told them we were checking out and they gave me a second card and with that being in the room the room did cool so that it was comfortable during our stay. My biggest issue though is the hotel safes. ALL safes in the hotel open with the combination 123# and that can't be changed. The safes are all just small light boxes that aren't fixed to anything. I was able to pick it up and walk out of the room with it. When I tried to explain this to reception they said that they had cameras so that wouldn't happen. I didn't see cameras anywhere.  There is only one power point in the whole room, next to the bed, and there are no bedside lights. The breakfast room only has 9 tables in a small room on level 2, with food on tables at the side of the room. When it's peak time, not only can you not get a seat, you can't get near the food. We stayed 4 nights but only went to breakfast once. there are places nearby that are good quality at a very reasonable price. The walls are also paper thin, so I could hear people talking in the next rooms. The staff did try to do their best to help, but didn't understand when I was asking about tours or any local attractions. We paid $80 AUD per night, and did have a good view of the beach from the front of the hotel. There are many rooms without windows. I know that this sounds negative, but if you are wanting to save a few dollars on your accommodation, you won't get what the expensive hotels provide

After I got off the car, I found it along the navigation. The room was well decorated and was my favorite style. The room is very cozy, the whole room is warm yellow light. The big bed is very soft and comfortable. When I first arrived in the room, I found that there was a nice leaf on the bed. And I think this room should have been cleaned before I came. The leaves were just put on.
