I have never seen a 3.5 star hotel, just opened in early 2023, that is as bad, dirty, smelly and degraded as it has been for decades. I rented 2 VIP rooms for my family of 6 people for 2 days in early August 2023, I booked the room 4-5 months before my family vacation. The hotel room, the amenities are not as advertised on the website, the brick walls are seriously degraded, old and dilapidated, the ceiling system has holes, the bathroom has no exhaust system, no drainage. Every time I go to the toilet, it smells bad, after taking a shower, the toilet is wet. The TV is old, not a smart TV, the internet is unstable, can't connect. The soap and shampoo have no labels, don't know what they are. The staff doesn't give any instructions to the guests. The bed sheets and pillows are dirty, old, crumpled, soft, stained, and there are no shirts. The room was not cold enough, the hotel provided an electric fan but the electric fan was dirty, dusty for a long time as if no one had cleaned it. The cleaning staff cleaned the room very dirty. The advertisement had coffee, tea, water but the reality was completely different from the advertised image on the website. I recommend everyone never to come to this hotel. You will regret it like my family.

The hotel is very bad. My family booked a 6th floor apartment for 4 people for 900,000 VND, the equipment was shabby, the faucet was loose and about to break, and the hygiene was poor. The only bathroom leaked water from the sink. There was no promotional drinking water when checking in. When checking out a day early, the hotel owner and staff charged the full room price of 900,000 VND and kept the deposit of 500,000 VND because they did not stay for the full number of days.
