I stayed at Chicland Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam, and here is my detailed review:
Pros:
1. Quick Check-in: I arrived at the front desk at 12:30 PM, and the room was already fully prepared with all necessary check-in documents ready.
2. Modern Design: The hotel is relatively new, features a unique style, and has excellent landscaping.
3. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the premises was satisfactory.
Cons:
1. Poor Service Attitude:
• Staff members hung up the phone without any greetings or farewells during multiple consultations.
2. Insufficient Amenities:
• Only two small bottles of mineral water were provided in the room.
3. Uncomfortable Bedding:
• The bed sheets were extremely damp and moldy, and the blanket was too thin, making sleep uncomfortable.
4. Inadequate Water Temperature:
• The shower water was not sufficiently hot.
5. Health Hazard:
• Upon waking up, I felt itchy and found several ants crawling on the pillow and bedside table.
6. No Room Service:
• There was no in-room dining service, forcing me to eat out for meals after midnight.
7. Severe Noise Pollution:
• My 11th-floor room faced a row of bars that stayed open until midnight. The balcony became unbearably noisy (like a dance floor) during closing hours due to loud music and crowds.
8. Delivery Incident:
• I ordered food via Grab and specified the room number (1102) in the notes. However, the hotel neither collected the delivery at the front desk nor notified me. The delivery person waited at the door for 20 minutes but left after failing to contact me via international phone numbers, resulting in the loss of my meal.
Conclusion:
Chicland Hotel fails to meet the claimed five-star standards in terms of hardware, software, and service quality, especially given its pricing. While the design and landscaping are commendable, the poor service, hygiene issues, discomfort, and operational flaws make it unsuitable for a luxury stay.
住了一家酒店,越南岘港的 chicland 酒店,下面是我对这个酒店的评价
1 酒店入住很快 我中午 12 点半到达前台已经准备好了房间和所有入住资料已经准备好
2 酒店还算新 挺有特色 绿化不错
3 酒店的工作人员服务态度不好 打电话咨询都是不讲任何谢谢再见直接挂电话
4 房间备品不足 矿泉水只有小小两瓶
5 酒店床品非常潮湿 被子很薄 睡觉不舒服
6 洗澡水不够热
7 一觉醒啦发现身上痒 发现好几只蚂蚁在枕头上 床头柜上爬
8 酒店没有客房送餐服务 晚上饿了只能到外面吃
综上所述 该酒店无论硬件软件服务都达不到五星级的标准和这个收费标准。
9 我住在 11 楼的房间,房间非常吵,因为对面就是很多酒吧,直到晚上 12 点才关门,关门前阳台吵得犹如在舞池中央
入住该酒店的时候发生了一件非常不愉快的事情,我用 grab 订了外卖,外卖员送到酒店后,酒店既没有代我在前台收下外卖,也没有按照我在外卖上的备注的房间号通知我,就让外卖员在门口干等,外卖员因为打不通国际电话在门口等待 20 分钟后离去,外卖丢失。
