Quite ok except few problems: 1. Door and windows and soo thin that you can hear everything and if someone's baby is crying upstairs, you won't be able to sleep 2. The curtains do not block the light very well and if you want to sleep in longer, you will still wake up in the morning because of the light

Not 5 star hotel. More like 3 star. Service is bad, cleanliness is horrible. Room smell was like public toilet. Changed the room but still was not clean enough. Seemed like mostly old Koreans staying there through travel agent. Nothing was like 5 star hotel except the appearance of the building.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff are so nice and helpful - from door-guard, front-desk, to restaurant staff. We were allowed for early check-in since we arrived early my our flight. Beach is just opposite the hotel, spa and mart are within the reach. Would totally recommend 😄

Hotel location and service is excellent. The ocean view through the big windows is breathtaking!

The hotel was very good. The size of the room was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The location is excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of food. I would give the food a 5 out of 10 but everything else was a 10.

The hotel is very close to My Khe Beach in Da Nang, only one road away. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel is rich in content The swimming pool on the first floor is also very suitable for taking children to play in the water.

Excellent location, magnificent view from the window, room in good condition, clean. The breakfasts were very good and varied, although sometimes there was nowhere to sit. What I didn’t like was that upon check-in there was a deposit of 500,000. The procedure for returning them was quite humiliating - I left early in the morning, the taxi was already waiting and I had to wait about 15 minutes until they apparently woke up the maid and she counted all the glasses (or whatever she was checking for 15 minutes). The refrigerator in the room did not work and it was not replaced in 4 days. Because of this I got food poisoning. Due to feeling unwell, I called the reception and asked to bring something from breakfast. This request was refused, although usually other hotels somehow resolve this issue. In the daytime, from 12 to 15 o'clock, somewhere upstairs something was being repaired and destroyed with a hammer drill, which was not conducive to rest. The splendor of the room's interior was in dissonance with the worn, worn out slippers with the hotel logo.
