Overall the two bedroom us great, hotel is great, high occupancy, we unable get extra door access card , so need plan go out together, because the lift in out need access card.
Our unit have bacony, its great view & relax with high floor

it's nice lobby design huge reasonable price with nice view on river but that time breakfast was crowded and i face difficultyto know how many elevatir they have some of them its look like locked but its recomnended

The Novotel in Da Nang was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the city and the Han River. great hotel very good location. It’s such a good spot to visit everything. Top notch. Lots of support from the hotel staff. Everybody working hard and the place was amazing. Overall food was excellent. The sky bar was excellent. The staff was excellent Linh, Krystal, Giang & Dat were very helpful. The only thing that was poor quality was the Internet and that affected my remote working and that’s not good.

Pros:
The location has nice views but you will need to take a grab to the beach area (10 mins away).
The room has a balcony with seating.
Toiletries, safe, tea, coffee provided.
Bottled water provided.
Free use of the business centre.
No construction nearby
Cons:
There is only one plug socket on one side of the bed.
The design of the light switches are just awful, I really don't understand who designs the layout of switches. Totally unnecessary, confusing and impractical.
Mini bar not restocked after drinking juice.
You can hear people in the next room so if you are sensitive to noise, ask to be put in a room away from families / large groups.

nice hotel for traveling.
This hotel so close to down town, night market, dragon bridge or Han market etc.
So, we can walk down to that point easily.
All of staff who we met were so kind and gentle to us.
Our room was so clean and comfortable, and we have a nice view with han river.
My family were so satisfied! recommandable hotel.

Great location right by Han river and easy to get around to any attractions in Danang, spacious two bedrooms apartment, long balcony with view of river Han, quick check in and check out, lovely breakfast, great service especially the bellboys.

The best hotel that you can stay at! First time in Da Nang and managed to find such a cheap, convenient & people friendly five star hotel to stay at!
Hotel is located near several eateries, bars and clubs! Not sure if its an actual "Korean town", but the neighbourhood is full of Korean spots (barbershops, restaurants, shopping). Koreans can also be seen aplenty at this area. Hotel is also 15min drive from the airport so you can save on travel time and cost.
Sockets are all international type, you can forget about using/bringing additional adapters. There are additional USB and HDMI ports which you can connect to the TV (although I did not try this feature).
Staff are all English-speaking. So no worries about any troubles you might have. Room service is available from 10am to 10pm. Laundry is also available.
Paid SG$669.20 for 2 twin rooms for 4 nights. I do not think you can find any place that offers better luxury hotels at this price. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Da Nang.
