The room was clean, spacious & had a beautiful view of the Han river. You're able to see the dragon bridge from here. Breakfast is not much choices but I think it is ok because there are many local food / coffee cafe nearby. Location I think is ok.. we walked to Lotte shopping mall (~2km). The lobby staff is friendly.

Great service here. Reception guy gave me some excellent recommendations for dinner and the morning reception directed me to a local spot for breakfast! So nice and kind. Porter also very helpful. They let me extend my stay for a little bit whilst I waited for my transfer to arrive. Room and bathroom were huge. Not in the best location as it's a little far from the dragon bridge and my room was at the back of the hotel so not a great view from my room. It's also on a very busy main road with not a lot around but if you walk around the block and down the road there are some shops to get some good food and coffee. If you are using taxi to get around it's ok. 

Friendly staff, the front desk lady provide great care to it customer. She ever hold my wife hand worry she fell while walking down slippery step.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink, setting a perfect tone for my stay. The friendly concierge went above and beyond, eagerly recommending several local dining spots that turned out to be fantastic. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning bird’s-eye view of Da Nang’s downtown. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city’s vibrant energy. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comfort I needed. The morning breakfast was also a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

My wife called for the laundry service,all of my wife’s clothes and daughter’s clothes was washed with other colors,making the white clothes to pink clothes.very bad experience.shouldn’t have happened with hotel’s laundry service

The room was dated and needed some tlc. The beds were rock solid! So uncomfortable and on wheels so moved around. The window was very dodgy, could barely open and close, and could hear everything going on outside. The shower flooded the whole bathroom as the seel was broken. We had quests smoking outside the room at 1am, as it was a non-smoking floor/hotel . When approached, they said the staff told them it was okay. When asking the staff, it was definitely not! The only good thing about this hotel was the view of the dragon bridge from the window.

Room was clean and big with amazing shower room. Front desk are extremely friendly and recommended us places to visit in danang. Location isn't the best, but still okay.

Location is situated at the heart of the city. I'd like the most is that the spectacular views from the room as well as rooftop, witinessing the Dragon bridge and Danang Downtown.

The room itself is compact, but well equipped. They provide clean towels. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist in anyway possible, which is much appreciated. The buffet breakfast is rather average, but is usually cancelled if there is insufficient number of guests. That happened 3 times during my one week stay here. The location is not the best, but you can still find eating places in the vicinity.

Staff speak English language fluently.They are very helpful.The location are very near to tourist visit spot such as Han market, Pink Cathrdral, dRagon bridge. Hotel look old bit gold
