Sbay Hotel Da Nang

Arrived in Danang on Saturday. Stayed at 2 places and came back here. SBAY. Never go there. I went down and said the card didn't work, so they said they understood, so I went back up. After a while, they didn't come up, so I went down, and they were just sitting there. I told them the card didn't work, and only then did they say sorry. I thought it was a card exchange or something but it was a key. This room was a key room, not a card room... I woke up the next day when it wasn't checkout At the door, They said you have to pay more because you're past checkout time So I said I have until tomorrow, and they told me to come to the front desk I went down, and the female server who changed rooms yesterday was sitting there Then don't you know I'm going to sleep for 2 days? They didn't share anything with each other, and sat next to me, and didn't respond at all I showed her Trip.com and told her I have until tomorrow, but she kept trembling And after about 5 minutes, she said I'm sorry and that was it.. I put up with that too. I checked out this morning. In other places, they just greet you when you give them your key or card, but they started asking you to pay more and asked when you've been here And the woman who told me to check out was sitting next to me;;; She pretended not to know. You need to figure me out in your system When I asked why you were asking me that, you said I had to pay to get out Even if I showed you the app, they didn't understand Even if I showed them the screenshot of the app reservation check-out and translated it;; there was no response They kept saying something about pay or something In the end, I struggled for 3 minutes and got out. Hotel location near the center. Near convenience store. Friendly staff. Cheap price, good quality. However, the refrigerator in the room was covered with ice so it was not cold enough to use.

There are no indoor shoes, so prepare slippers. Bring soap or shampoo. There is a large window in the bathroom, so when you wake up in the morning, open the blinds and enjoy the morning sunlight. When you check in, make sure to check the cleaning status before you go in. SONY TV works well.
