Booked for a studio sea view room but the receptionist upgraded me to a 1 bedroom seaview, I understood it as no more available room with the room type I booked,.. The room was really large and I was just travelling solo and I wasn’t able to fully used the amenities as I left immediately after checking-in and came back past 11pm and left for the airport at 8am……. It’s like an airbnb as they have kitchen section with induction cooker, have microwave, refrigerator, 2 tv (1 in the bedroom, and 1 in like living room), heater and a washing machine…… aside from usual towels, also have 2 bathrobes…… lot of 24 hours mart around, massages areas and restaurants/coffee shops… they will check your room after check-out for missing items and consumed drinks/food (2 bottled water are free)

The location is okay. But the hotel needs to be renovated honestly. Maybe at least gym needs some renovation. There is nothing working honestly, just small room it is called gym

I stayed for one night and was very satisfied with the hotel except for check-in and check-out.
There was no one at the reception, so I had to call when checking in and out.
The contact information was handwritten and very difficult to understand. There was also no shampoo or body soap.
I was very satisfied with the room, so it's a hotel I'd like to use again.

The location is really good. The hotel staff, especially the older woman who cleans every day, are doing their best to keep it clean every day.
What's disappointing is that I thought the hotel manager should invest a little more in cleanliness.

Amazing hotel. There are many cafes within walking distance, both with Vietnamese food and with cuisine oriented towards Europeans. The room in the hotel is huge, like a 2-room apartment. Cleaning, change of towels, bath accessories every day. For its price, the option is ideal.
