We recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives: - while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there. - For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge). - When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters - The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change. - We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!) Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!

we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

The resort was amazing. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The kids loved it. The service from all employees was top-notch. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to all friends and family.

I seldom write reviews but this is important. For a beach resort for families in a quiet part of danang, it is imperative for the resort to provide 1) access to water 2) a good variety of F&B. Otherwise, why would anyone want to spend all their time in the resort? Just having clean rooms isn't enough for us to want to spend time. The resort only provided 2 to 4 bottles of water a day - the nearest mart is 10 minutes drive away. Any additional water has to be bought at 8-10x mark up. The menu is also very expensive and there is only 1 restaurant opened out of the 5 supposed restaurants at the resort. Sure, this might be offpeak. But it is ridiculous to have no non spicy options for children. There isn't even fries on the menu for both sit in and room service options. On top of this the resort prohibits (with very heavy surveillance) any deliveries of any kind, whether it's water, or food. So if you have no access to water and food, and the hosts do not allow you to delivery food, why would anyone ever stay in the hotel? Instead of spending time in the sun with my family, we had to resort to going out for all our meals. This is pretty ridiculous, and I don't think I have encountered a resort as such. Given that it's a boutique hotel we also expect flexibility and better service. However, even when they are priced the same as marriot and Hyatt, their service is sub par and their inability to adapt to our needs made it difficult. I do not recommend any family come to this resort - go to the marriot or Hyatt down the street.

Very bad, don't stay The hotel facilities are only half complete and still under construction. The renovation started at 8 am. The noise was heard all day. The swimming pool closed at 18:00. It was impossible to have fun. The indoor swimming pool was cold There were not many tourists in the hotel, but it took 20 minutes to check in and check out. There were obviously not many tourists. The view here is crazy ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The view is really just crazy. There is a bathtub in the room and it is made of glass. It is so nice to have the curtains drawn on the glass and have it delivered and eat there. I recommend it as a restaurant with a view.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel's breakfast was great, with a variety of options, including Chinese, Western and local cuisine. The staff were courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The hotel has direct access to the beach outside. Beautiful to take photos. The only drawback is that 4/F has not yet opened. It’s half an hour’s drive to Hoi An City, so you can drop by and visit.
