Cute unique hotel. Seems more suitable for young people and families. Cleanliness is very good.

The lobby is at 5th floor with a nice river and the iconic dragon bridge view. They also provide the playing corner for the kids. The pool bar and swimming pool is at the 25th floor are cool with an overview of the city. However, it's kind of bunk bed for the kids due to the limited area of the room.

For the room rate it isn’t so bad. However, this hotel is a cheap hotel at best. When the Trip.com descriptions made it feel like it has some services given the star number but actually staff are basically clueless over most things. Very crowded as well.

Location was within the commercial area, malls, food and attractions were within walking distance. Great view for the riverview rooms and rooftop bar looking over the Han River / bridges. Hotels doesn't prvoide room service, any purchases will have to order and pick-up yourself. As many other feedback, rooms were realy small and breakfast spread wasn't huge. Nice for a short stay.

Room are super tiny, lack of facility, quite poor option for breakfast .. only like the comfy bed :(

We had a really positive experience at Wink hotel in Da Nang. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast could be improved to include more variety. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Mini fridge in room wasn't cold even after checking in for more than 6 hours, plus no kettle in room, hence need to call "Operator" to request, and was told that they can't send one up immediately, only can do so after 6pm. Went down personally to get more drinking water (btw, was told water dispenser is only available on 5th Floor and you need to bring your own container), and reception was kinda not happy and told me off that kettle belongs to housekeeping and they will bring it up to me. At that time I was already feeling very uncomfortable and need to take me medication. In summary...it's not a bad hotel considering location and price. However, if you require urgent attention during your stay, I think you'll get better responses elsewhere

Spacious and clean room with an unbelievable and unbeatable view of the river and city skyline. 10 mins walk to Danang biggest night market and the Dragon Bridge! 10 mins walk to upmarket Vincom shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could add more varieties though. Safe access to room with key card. 25th floor offers panoramic view of Danang! Highly recommended!
