She was incredibly helpful and caring, adding great value to our experience. We truly appreciate her support! This is a super well-managed hotel，and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. One small suggestion: we would love to see more variety of Vietnamese dishes at the restaurant. The chef cooks very well, but the selection was a bit limited. super convenient and the rooms are really clean (except sandy but thats inevitable) with great views. they also have great facilities with a decent breakfast, beautiful pool and rooftop bar. would recommend!! the beach is also just conveniently rigjt in front of the hotel making it really easy to just spend a morning there. the in-house spa and massage was also a really addition with amazing service!

The hotel is located in the old part of the city near the river, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. On the territory there is a covered parking, a swimming pool, a public sauna (separate for men and women) (included in the price of accommodation), a spa center, several restaurants. Upon check-in, cold towels and welcome drinks are provided, early check-in is available. The rooms are spacious, cozy, modern, have air conditioning, TV, extension cord, minibar, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the price of accommodation) on a buffet system, the food is very tasty, varied. You can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the BBQ restaurant located next to the hotel for 250,000 dong per person (the price includes the entire menu, a fixed amount is paid for entry). This restaurant has Japanese cuisine, the dishes are delicious, hearty, the staff is polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I will come back here again!

I booked a villa with a 40-minute massage and a meal for 1200d. I booked a different room the next day because I was staying alone, but I was upgraded to a room with a king bed and a single for both days. The room was a little old, but clean, spacious and comfortable. It was my first time using the steam sauna in the room, and I enjoyed it. I paid an additional 2000 yen for a body massage. I felt the difference between local massages and resort hotel massages, but the massages were not particularly good. If you want a satisfying massage at a reasonable price, it might be better to look for one in the city. I recommend staying here and using the large public bath when you have a late-night flight. The bath was very nice. The only disappointment was that the massage and meal tickets for the next day were given to me just before check-out, not in the morning. I didn't expect to receive the room upgrade service on the second day, so it was a waste. I would have liked to use the service anyway. I regret that I forgot to tell the hotel that I was leaving on a late-night flight. The food, pho and coffee were delicious. Because it's close to the river, there are a lot of mosquitoes so insect repellent is a must. At night, the sounds from the amusement park can be a little loud, but the lit-up Ferris wheel was beautiful.

This hotel is actually located very close to Ba Na Hills, but in fact it is a long drive away. It takes more than an hour, and the mountain road is difficult to drive, where it is very difficult to call a car, all need to add money. However, the environment here is very good, natural forest oxygen bar, there are hot springs, many locals come to play.
