I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

The room is fantastic and looks exactly like the photos shown upon booking. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. As we booked the Sala Suite, the room came with perks such as free afternoon tea and premium breakfast lounge. The premium breakfast lounge allowed us to be able to enjoy great breakfast without squeezing with the crowd. The hotel is located near many spas and we visited the nearby Heart Spa 3 times in a row as their service is excellent! We are very happy with the hotel! Thanks for making our honeymoon a great one!

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! We stayed here for our trip, because the hotel is new so we decided to book. They have bikes on the porch if you want to borrow and ride around. There is an amazing bbq restaurant a few street down from the hotel. The bed was super comfy, big and soft. We slept so well. At check out 1 us forgot hi phone so the staff sent it to us to our new hotel in the south. So thank you so much guys.

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. I recently stayed at the haian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles.
