I found a B&B temporarily because the previous B&B didn’t have enough hot water. The illa bnb is at the top of the mountain (needs to climb). According to the app, there are three room types: an ordinary double room, a mini flat with a kitchen, and a luxurious flat with a kitchen. The Cusco Cathedral can be seen from the restaurant. The hair dryer and hot water kettle are shared. The whole design is a bit Greek and very comfortable. Our room may be a little noisy at the entrance. You can hear the sound of the bar outside at night, but in Cusco, it is very active every day, so basically just fall into bed and sleep. We booked a mini flat. The room was larger than the photos. It had a large living room and dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a hot water, and a very nice bathroom. Maybe it was due to the area. There was basically no air conditioning in the B&Bs in Cusco (but it was very hot at noon and at night). It’s very cold (2-23 degrees Celsius a day with a big temperature difference)

There are many different rooms for you to choose from. There are movie screening rooms, public kitchens and yoga classes for you to choose to participate in. The staff is attentive and friendly, and will introduce you to the attractions and famous restaurants in the area. The one he introduced to me is really good. The furnishings in the room are practical and simple, with ethnic style. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the view from the 4th floor window is open, and the air in the room is fresh and fresh. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the overall cost-effectiveness exceeds expectations...

It was a great experience staying here, the host is very helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly as described in their website. I loved the attention of his staff especially Royert, the right environments to relax you various table games, play stations, books of different topics, music of the 80s, the fall of water of his q pilet distresses you; I thought q would feel very cold But it wasn't like that his beds very comfortable with light coatings and ergonomic coats, hot water showers, very clean towels, if you're hungry a little late you can make some food like at home and many more things q forget thanks by all WAY KAP.

For this price the hotel is really good! The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice. This place is at the bus station and 15 min walk to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms are simple and might be cold, but you can ask for a portable heater. I booked this place twice during my trip.

Such a great hostel! Really good vibes, perfect chilling spots and very comfy beds. I was with a group of friends but it would be good for solo travellers too as we met loads of people. Very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also have free yoga classes on Thursday and Friday mornings if you love yoga!! Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cusco for 4 nights total - 3 before our Inca Trail trek with Alpaca Expeditions and 1 night after the trek. We arranged with HGI to store our large luggage while we were gone for the 5 day/4 night trek. Very simple process to do this and all our belongings were kept safe and sound and returned to us in good order. Overall the HGI was a good place to stay. It is is about a 15 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, uphill all the way. We didn't mind so much since that helped get us ready for our trek. It's in a quiet area. The Plaza is quite busy and noisy, and was especially the night a political rally was being held. I was glad our hotel was not right on the plaza that night. Rooms were a nice size. Our first room was a king-size bed with a view of Cusco. The second room had a view of the courtyard. Both had hot showers, room safe, blow-dryer, and toiletries. One thing to note is that the hotel floors are reversed from the norm. You enter the lobby at street level and then go DOWN to floors 1,2,3, and 4. Ask for a room on Floor 2 or below. Floor 1 is right underneath the lobby and we were kept awake by the sounds of walking, chairs scraping, etc. until quite late at night after we returned for one night after the trek. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered quite a variety of choices. The main reason we give this HGI only 4 stars is for the laundry issue. After a week in Peru, we needed to do laundry when we arrived at HGI. Yes, there are laundry facilities in the hotel. However, you can't just put in a few soles, add your own soap, and wash a load. Noooo, they have it fixed so that you MUST purchase a packet of tokens, detergent, and softener from them for a whopping 52 soles!! That's outrageous and taking advantage of a ”captive audience.” Well, not these guests. We simply bagged up our laundry and dropped it off at one of the dozens of laundry shops on the street right around the corner. It cost us 36 soles AND we supported a local, family-run business. Win-win. And boo on HGI for boasting about laundry facilities they actually charge an arm and a leg to use.

I stayed here for three nights and found it to be comfortable and friendly. The location is not ideal, although it is convenient to several large “artisanal” markets so that shopping for handicrafts is easy. Otherwise, there is not much for tourists in the immediate neighborhood and the busy traffic and construction make it challenging to cross the street. The historic center of town is a healthy walk.

I booked this hotel online and I highly recommend it, it’s a small hotel but really nice. The room are clean, a little cold but the guys at the front desk are very friendly and helpful so they gave us the heaters. Breakfast is very good, if you want any eggs ask Karina, she is really kind and sweetheart lady! Housekeeping ladies are very professional and they clean your room every day and they clean very well!! the only issue my friends had, it was the hot water on the 4th floor but the guys at the front desk solved the problem right away! Wi-Fi works very well, if you want go to the center you can walk ( it takes 20 minutes) or 5 minutes by car ( taxi or Uber, it costs 3 dollars!)
