3-Star Hotels in Cusco

This hotel is located two minutes away from Cusco Square. There are many restaurants, souvenir shops and money changers nearby. The hostel takes a diversified route to suit different people. There are many different rooms for you to choose from. There are movie screening rooms, public kitchens and yoga classes for you to choose to participate in. The staff is attentive and friendly, and will introduce you to the attractions and famous restaurants in the area. The one he introduced to me is really good. The furnishings in the room are practical and simple, with ethnic style. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the view from the 4th floor window is open, and the air in the room is fresh and fresh. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the overall cost-effectiveness exceeds expectations...

Thank you for all you have done during this difficult time. I will forever remember this wonderful staff and the hospitality. In a time where we needed to come together the most, the staff extended their arms and made us feel like family. Forever grateful. #YoMeQuedoEnCasa For future travelers: This hotel is affordable but doesn’t skimp on the amenities, the 360 Sky Bar is amazing and offers the best view of Cusco. It’s breathtaking! The staff is so wonderful. (Please treat them well!) They make you feel like family! Food is delicious and has a good mix of traditional Peruvian food with choices for everyone. The bar has excellent drinks. I suggest you try some traditional ones. The room is comfortable with hot water, and ample channel choices for all. The WiFi is the best that I had at any hotel in Peru. Overall. Excellent value for for money!

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

I booked this hotel online and I highly recommend it, it’s a small hotel but really nice. The room are clean, a little cold but the guys at the front desk are very friendly and helpful so they gave us the heaters. Breakfast is very good, if you want any eggs ask Karina, she is really kind and sweetheart lady! Housekeeping ladies are very professional and they clean your room every day and they clean very well!! the only issue my friends had, it was the hot water on the 4th floor but the guys at the front desk solved the problem right away! Wi-Fi works very well, if you want go to the center you can walk ( it takes 20 minutes) or 5 minutes by car ( taxi or Uber, it costs 3 dollars!)

I was really hoping to leave this hotel a good review because I had higher expectations especially being that this is listed as a 4 star hotel but overall, I was left disappointed. My main disappointment and disgust comes from the fact that my husband and I got some weird body rashes after staying at this hotel which we had to seek medical attention for when we got back home. First let me start with the pros, Good location. For the most part staff was very nice, helpful, attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was included with our stay which was good and if you have an early morning tour, you can let the front desk know, and they’ll pack you a little snack bag to go. The hotel provided filtered water, and a welcome snack box of chocolates in our room which was nice. They also provided coca tea and leaves in the hotel and I even saw oxygen tanks for those who may need it that might be suffering from the altitude sickness. We enjoyed the pisco sour and ceviche making class (both were delicious) and we ordered a few drinks from the bar which were also good. We also enjoyed looking at Kiki, the alpaca. We had dinner our first night at the hotel which was ok. Now to the cons, for the time that we were there (early October) there is a water shortage going on in Cusco so the hotel informed us that we could not use any water from 11pm - 3am (not a big deal for us) but a few times during our stay outside of these hours they indicated when we tried to take a shower at night (around 8-9pm) before bed the water wasn’t running. Also, be aware that you can hear everything from the rooms, it is not insulated. Not sure if this is the case for most hotels in Cusco but something to note if you are a very light sleeper. We could hear every sound, from people’s conversation, arguments, dogs barking outside, everyone that was passing by and every footsteps past our room while we were asleep at all random hours of the night into the morning. Now to the MAJOR con that was the MAIN reason this review only 2 stars, after the first night or two when I was sleeping in the bed, the back of my left leg was itching me and my husband noticed some sort of weird rash on his finger. Shortly, after when we got home, we noticed a few more rashes on our bodies (all of which looked like exactly the same rash that happened on the back of my left leg that was itching me after sleeping in the bed). My husband got triple the amount of rashes then I did, so concerned we went to a Doctor not knowing what these weird rashes could be from and the doctor informed us that this was a rash that was likely caused by the sheets we were sleeping on and had to prescribe an ointment and pill for us to take so it could go away but told us to stay on top of it to make sure it doesn’t get worse otherwise we’ll have to go back to seek further treatment (hopefully that isn’t the case). A comfortable place is nothing from the other world or luxury, but it works perfectly for a pleasant stay in Cusco, Central and to make all tours around, this is close to the airport, a square of the pachacute monument, 20mins about the Arms Square, quiet area and near economic local restaurants, all the friendly and willing staff to help, good hot water, a comfortable bed to rest from the long walks, abundant and varied breakfast, What I can say more recommended!

My fiancé and I had an incredible stay at Atoq San Blas. We were pleased to find our room came with a huge king size bed and the entire space was very clean! Unfortunately, our train from Machu Picchu was delayed 4 hours and we were scared that we wouldn’t be able to check into our room when we arrived at 1:30am. However, the Receptionist responded to us when we sent a WhatsApp message at 10pm and was able to help us get transportation to the hotel at 1am. The hotel was very responsive via WhatsApp. All of the receptionist we interacted with were kind, extremely helpful, and spoke some English. We both enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. We were able to easily catch Ubers for $1-2usd to the city center or walk to near by restaurants. Lastly, I accidentally left my AirPods in the hotel room upon check out, but the housekeeper gave them to the front desk which I’m so grateful for because we have a 14 hour flight back home and AirPods are expensive. Overall, their hospitality exceptional and they went above and beyond.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. As a hotel, I'd greatly recommend it. Rooms were comfortable. They had coca tea in the lobby to help with altitude. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. A great choice of foods and drinks. Lobby was very pleasant waiting area. The front desk staff were very helpful and would recommend restaurants and call the taxi to take us there. Because the road in front of the hotel is totally torn up (this is temporary), you have to enter via the back door on another street. This is a major issue when taking a taxi back to hotel because they don't know where to go and we always had a difficult time with being dropped off far from the hotel and walking on a hill at that altitude. But like I said, this is only temporary!!! Wifi was good here too.

My family of 4 arrived late after a long day of traveling. We were booked in a suite with 2 rooms and 4 beds. This was not the room they put us in. I ended up having to pay for another room with beds to accommodate us all. After the airlines lost our luggage, I was disappointed to find that the hotels Wifi did not work. We stayed 3 nights and had wifi one of the 3 nights. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. The price was great but I was upset that we weren't put in the room I booked. They ended up moving us the 2nd night to a room with 4 beds but that room was small as well. I honestly thought about staying somewhere else but after a long day of traveling and the stress of lost luggage , we ended up staying. I will not stay here if I return to Cusco.
