It's quite far from city centre & tourist attractions, barely walkable and only if going downhill. Breakfast was nice for this price, offers paid laundry(return next day afternoon). Odor in the bathroom & noise from next door neighbor loud & clear. Great view if you get a room facing the city. Pictures are from the city centre.

The location is little bit far, it’s kind of like at the very high point in Cusco, but all the staffs are very kind and patient. I would recommend people staying at this hotel.

Location is not very near city centre, probably good for people who drive. The wifi signal is bad (totally no wifi) when I was there. There’s heater in the room.

1⃣️There is hot water and tea in the lobby, you can make your own, and there is also an electronic fire-making device 2⃣️There is a kettle in the hotel room, 2 bottles of water, and free snacks, which is very warm 3⃣️The room has a hair dryer and a bathtub. Those who like it will like it very much, but I personally don’t like it because the bathtub and the direct shower are combined, and the hot water is not hot 4⃣️The breakfast is very rich 5⃣️The hotel is not far from the block, it is very quiet at night, and it is convenient to fall asleep 5⃣️The price is right, and the overall stay is very good

I am not sure what was going on here, but I saw the reviews and the rating and figured this would be a good place to stay after a long day of travel. I entered the hotel and checked in and was immediately concerned as there was some kind of party going on in the hotel and it sounded like a night club. As I entered my room I realized that the way the hotel is built and the walls being so thin you can pretty much hear everything from the lobby and wherever that party was coming from. I didn’t bother to ask to change to another room as the party was so loud I don’t believe it would have mattered. I checked in around 8pm and the party (Shouting, singing, things being slammed down somehow) went on until around 11 ish. Apparently quiet and sleep are not a priority for guests at this hotel! I had a 6 am flight the next day, so great way to start the day. Even after the party ended, the noise from the lobby and workers just seems to filter right up just like the party. I think there are better places to stay and more centered in town (This place is isolated) I’ve never had an experience like this at a hotel after traveling around the world for over 14 years and the US for 25 years.

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious, comfy beds, hot shower and a great view from the hills of Cusco. It could be a little noisy at night since people check out early morning, and you can hear the door bell when someone coming back at night. In general, I would love to go back, such a great place. Thank you for your hospitality, Ayni! 🙏

The property was fairly clean and staff were very attentive. It really helped that a lot of staff were fluent in English, especially the receptionist. The rooms were nice and well equipped with entertainment, endless coco tea bag’s and coco chocolate to assist with acclimating due to the high altitude. The hot water in the thermoflask was also a nice touch Negatives: was slight far from the main plaza and city centre if you want to go on a late night stroll. It was take you about 20-25 minutes to walk down (the hill) but walking back up I suggest you take an Uber, which is very cheap at only 10-12 soles The first room we stayed in, I don’t think it was throughly deep cleaned as there was bits and pieces of sand inside the bed sheets and floor (probably from other guests who did Huacachina the day prior). The beds were a bit hard/uncomfortable to sleep on - and I sleep on very firm beds coming from an Asian household 😩 The bathroom vents echoed and you will hear your neighbours very clearly. Most of the rooms open up into the inner lobby space meaning you will not receive natural light or views from outside - a bit trippy as you lose track of time/body clock. Overall it was a pleasant stay, staff made it better but property cleanliness could be improved

Very helpful and friendly bilingual reception staff. Clean, comfortable ad modern room though mine had no external window (window faced onto internal stair well). A fair way up the hill but with a good view of the old town from the rooftop bar area ( and taxis back from town are cheap if you don’t wish to walk). Selection of teas available 24/7 and nice touch of welcome chocolates

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and spacious. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is superb and well priced. Drinks are well priced and there is a rooftop bar overlooking the city with an incredible view. The rooms, however, mostly overlook the central hallway with no outside windows. Also, if you open the bathroom lever window you can very clearly hear your neighbor. The location is 20 minutes walk outside the city center in one of the surrounding hills. It is a nice walk down to the center of the city but, especially due to the elevation, it is not very easily walkable back. The cabs and/or bus are extremly cheap and readily available. Overall was a very good experience.

Pros: - Beds are clean and comfortable - Located in a quiet area so mostly no loud noises unless the bar plays loud music - Breakfast is decent and convenient - Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating - Water pressure for the shower is excellent Con: - 20 min walk from Main Sq which is a bit far for me (easy to walk down but hard back up)

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean. The breakfast is available for 4 hrs starting at 6 am. The service is amazing > Catherine at the front desk was very personable and paid attention to our needs: She ensured we didn’t overpay for items in town, directed us where to eat, and helped with many more details. The chef at the restaurant in the hotel was top notch; By far the best crème of Pumpkin soup I had in all of Peru. Eat there. Down falls, there is a lot echoing in the halls so… you won’t get to sleep in if you need to. Luckily everyone in the hotel seemed to go to bed early. I would stay here again.

Lovely rooms and secure entry, amazing staff and wonderful food! Kathryn in particular went above and beyond helping me with food, directions and taxis. Rooms had good televisions (with Netflix!) and working WiFi whilst the hot water was actually hot. Highly recommended!
