Ayni Cusco Hotel

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

It's quite far from city centre & tourist attractions, barely walkable and only if going downhill. Breakfast was nice for this price, offers paid laundry(return next day afternoon). Odor in the bathroom & noise from next door neighbor loud & clear. Great view if you get a room facing the city. Pictures are from the city centre.

Location is not very near city centre, probably good for people who drive. The wifi signal is bad (totally no wifi) when I was there. There’s heater in the room.

This hotel is very clean, has nice staff, and in the kitchen a big shutout to Keni and Veronica. Their chicken and pumpkin soup are out of this world! Especially if you are sick because of the altitude. They all smile and are very solicited to please your needs. However, the building is far (20 minutes by tax $10),it is noisy too and I guess is the construction plant. You can hear bathroom load and what people talks. They have a rooftop and they had a party when I was here it was very loud and they finished at 11:00 pm. After you walk up early like 3-4 am to go to the tours, you really want to get back and sleep well. About pick up from the tourist traveling agency the service it is impeccable. They prepare your lunch and leave up to the front! Great!!! Ready to go! Other than that it is 3 stars hotel. It has a ok breakfast too. Este hotel está muy limpio, tiene un personal agradable y en la cocina hay una gran salida para Keni y Verónica. ¡Su sopa de pollo y calabaza está fuera de este mundo! Especialmente si estás enfermo por la altitud. Todos sonríen y están muy solicitados para satisfacer sus necesidades. Sin embargo, el edificio está lejos (20 minutos por impuestos), también es ruidoso y supongo que es la planta de construcción. Tienen una azotea y tuvieron una fiesta cuando estuve aquí, era muy ruidoso y terminaron a las 11:00 p.m. Después de levantarte temprano como de 3 a 4 de la mañana para ir a los tours, realmente quieres volver y dormir bien. Aparte de eso, es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Tiene un buen desayuno.

I am not sure what was going on here, but I saw the reviews and the rating and figured this would be a good place to stay after a long day of travel. I entered the hotel and checked in and was immediately concerned as there was some kind of party going on in the hotel and it sounded like a night club. As I entered my room I realized that the way the hotel is built and the walls being so thin you can pretty much hear everything from the lobby and wherever that party was coming from. I didn’t bother to ask to change to another room as the party was so loud I don’t believe it would have mattered. I checked in around 8pm and the party (Shouting, singing, things being slammed down somehow) went on until around 11 ish. Apparently quiet and sleep are not a priority for guests at this hotel! I had a 6 am flight the next day, so great way to start the day. Even after the party ended, the noise from the lobby and workers just seems to filter right up just like the party. I think there are better places to stay and more centered in town (This place is isolated) I’ve never had an experience like this at a hotel after traveling around the world for over 14 years and the US for 25 years.
