Excellent service from the ladies in charge of reception (Liz and Marisol). Very nice facilities. Immediate response to any query or request. Excellent technology for entering and leaving the facilities. Very cozy, you will feel at home. 100% recommended, and I would go back every time I visit Cusco.

The staff was very friendly, always willing to provide solutions to your needs. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and they cleaned it every day without fail, which is just what we needed to rest since we were always out on tours. It is about 2 blocks (half of which are stairs) from the Plaza de Armas, which makes it easy for them to pick you up for the tours.

I spent my last night in Cusco with you, but I would have loved to spend many more days. The decoration and the atmosphere in general are very nice. They have books available to read and board games on the terrace. Although it is true that access is a bit complicated, it is 100% worth it. The lady at reception and the lady who serves in the kitchen were very attentive and friendly! The breakfast was very delicious and the a la carte dishes too! 🔝 100% recommended!

Delighted with the place! Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very rich and the best thing was that they prepared it for me to take to the tour I had and not to mention its terrace, with a spectacular view of the Plaza de Armas. Highly recommended!

The accommodations are great, the hostel in general is extremely cozy and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also delicious! Furthermore, it is super close to the center to get there and back, our stay there was truly a remarkable and special experience.
