Pesimoooo, mala atencion, mala voluntad. El peor hostal si es que se le puede llamar así porque no tiene nada. El primer día desconocen la reserva de despegar y hay que pagar aún más por un servicio que no vale nada la pena. Un día no tenían agua caliente, no hay un nochero y llega gente tocando el timbre nadie los atiende. Ojalá deje de existir esa basura de administración.😠👎🏻 Hizo que mi viaje no fuera grato

Excelente. Muy buena atención, la señora te regala tu coca para hacer mate, da desayuno, aconseja, el precio es económico, y como vio que regresé tarde la última me dejó estar una hora más en otra habitación para terminar de alistarme. De los paquetes turísticos no puedo hablar, puesto que no tomé ninguno con la señora, pero tengan cuidado porque en general no hay mucha organización, ello debido a que el flujo de personas es muy variable.

Pésima atención al público, la peor agencia y hostel al que he ido en mi vida. No lo recomiendo para nada. Las personas que trabajan allí son desorganizadas, lenta y no si quiera ellas saben como funcionan los tours que venden. Cerramos un precio con la agencia supuestamente de todo el tour y “supuestamente” se les olvidó mencionar que había que pagar otros 70 soles…. Nos recogieron tarde para la excursión en la de la laguna porque la agencia nos dijo una hora de recogida que era una hora antes de la real porque no se enteran de nada! No viajes con ellos nunca!
