Loved their coffee and breakfast! Staff are very nice and helpful. The location is also good. Close to center but not too busy.

This is my favorite hotel in South America for more than half a month. The service is very attentive, the room details are meticulous, and every employee is well trained. The hotel atmosphere is very similar to Songtsam in China, but the service is even better. And this hotel is very delicious both for breakfast and dinner. I will only book from this hotel in the future.

The room is also neat and clean, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to dissipate, especially in a closed room without windows. It is almost impossible to dissipate.
The service is hard to say. I booked a superior room with a window and a balcony. When I checked in, I was told that the room was not available. I was given an upgraded room. It turned out that the "upgraded" room was a fully enclosed room with no windows! I don’t agree, but the hotel said they had no room. The result of the “discussion” was to give me a free dinner. I had no choice but to accept it…

The hotel was perfect except for the location. A bit far from Plaza de Armas in Cusco. However, the facilities were clean and the staff service was top notch. Breakfast was very good. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
