Great boutique hotel special Erica front office speakinggreat Englishand so helpfull we were in problemswith other hotel in Aqu Caliente and she help us she get our money back since we book and pay and even remindus to do so but when we there at 10pm the resortwas close we were in street searchingfor any open hotel to take us in Thank you Erica's for help us communicate with the resort

Large comfortable beds with a good basic breakfast included. They were able to accommodate our large family of nine in just a couple of minutes without prior booking. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a nice outlook over the city. Wi-fi was working as advertised but we never got our TV to work (was not really necessary though). Staff is very friendly and happy to help!

Estive no Hotel em novembro/2024 e foi espetacular estar hospedado lá. Excelente localização, próximo a Praça Central, onde tem um grande movimento, levei 10 minutos caminhando, e as vezes peguei um carro de aplicativo sempre menos de 10 Soles. Chuveiro maravilhoso, agua quente na medida. Quarto super limpo e confortável demais. Agora para surpreender e elevar o nível, vamos falar do atendimento. Cat, Mary e Rilda nota 10, extremamente acolhedor , impossível não se sentir bem. Fiquei muito feliz, e em minha programação de Cusco 2025, não tenho dúvida de onde me hospedarei. Kupac In com certeza.

Passei mais frio dentro do hotel do que fora. Chuveiro quente não pegava. Literalmente bati queixo. Café da manhã ruim, só podia comer um ovo por pessoa, não tinha calefação nos quartos e janela do banheiro quebrada o que passava uma ventania. Não sei como não adoeci. Não indico esse hotel para ninguém. Ah sim, tinha 5 andares sem elevador.

Hotel despreparado, café da manhã muito fraco. Serviço de quarto ruim, sem papel higiênico, secador de cabelo, shampoo, chuveiro a gás não esquentava. Quarto sem ar condicionado e sem janela. Noites mal dormidas. Localização mediana, 20 minutos caminhando ao ponto principal Plaza de Armas.
