Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

No hot water. Shower room is not separated from the bedroom. The wifi is constantly disconnected. There were 2 towels for 3 people. But very cheap, yes.

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

The room was everything you need for a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always wanted to make your stay great. Although the hotel is not close to the main tourist plaza, it is close to a great shopping ***** and the neighbourhood is nice. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable room, large space, each room has a bathtub. Free breakfast, not much choice. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The staff is nice, English is average, attitude is remedial

The rooms were cold, there was no hot water in the shower and there was no bread for breakfast on one of the 4 days we were there…

Excellent hotel, new structure, clean rooms. Helpful team. Very simple breakfast. Great location, especially for those looking for a little more tranquility. I highly recommend it!

The Machu Picchu tour I had arranged myself was canceled on the day of the tour, but I am truly grateful to the staff at this hotel for arranging it for me! ! The hospitality was great, and I will be looking forward to seeing you again when I come to Peru! ! thank you very much! !

It was a very comfortable stay. I think this price is very cheap with breakfast included. Air tickets are very cheap when you book them.
