The girls that ran, the hotel were the best and most conscientious professionals that I’ve ever come across. They were always right there on the spot taking care of whatever needs you might have. They were absolutely wonderful. I can’t praise them enough of how good they were.

We arrived in Cusco and headed straight to Wifala in the afternoon. We were very well received by the hotel staff, Genaly, Odalys and Edward. They were very helpful every day, helping us with any questions we had and the history of the place. The breakfast was excellent, simple but very tasty. The room was well ventilated and decorated in a typical and wonderful way. The location was great for those who don't mind walking (but not too far) and want to learn a little more about the local culture outside the tourist center. We will always remember the hotel staff with great affection in our hearts!

The staff in this hotel is top notch in terms of service and hospitality. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I loved staying in this hotel and will be back if I return to Cusco. The price includes breakfast and is simple, usually some hot drinks, juice, bread and jam, and eggs made your way. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The bathrooms are pretty small but overall this is high value for money. It’s around 15-20 min walk to the historic center and an uber ride is around $2

The staff at this hotel are the best you could ever hope to find. Odalys, Genaly, and Edward were as friendly and accommodating as any of the top staff in a five star resort. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, breakfast, and the location. There is a convenience store below and an excellent laundry next door that washed my merino wool pullovers to restore them to new condition. Over all, value for money is unmatched.
