Hotel Santa Maria

The location is good, however, I have to be honest with some details that are inexcusable, it seems to me that the administration or management of this hotel has not renewed or invested in the quality of its guests' experience. I want to first mention that I travel every week to different destinations nationwide for work, I stay in hotels of different categories. Below I describe everything I found: - The rooms do not have heating, the temperature drops close to 0®C. - Heating installation has an additional cost per night, which I think should be included in the rate paid. - The decoration and attention to detail of the room are below average. - The bed mattress is a rock, it feels like it has been used for many many years, the springs are expired, I have woken up with back and neck pain. - The pillows are hard and uncomfortable. - The internet signal does not reach the room, neither does the network of course nor Movistar. What a bad experience, the owners should consider that the quality of their clients' sleep is a must and they should understand that people need to rest well. The price per night of this hotel exceeds S/200.00. The location is very good, but what was mentioned above detracts from it.

The hotel staff always showed great kindness and were willing to help with anything we needed. Excellent location, very close to the main square and very good restaurant and cafe options. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
