These 11 days there were very good!!! The attention of Don Juan de Dios and Mrs. Aide was wonderful. We feel at home. The hotel is very nice, cozy, has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Thanks a lot!!!

the room is correct. The cleaning is well done. The hotel is located a quarter of an hour from the center on foot. But....I spent almost 3 weeks in this hotel, a troubled period, practically the only customer. The boss lives there, I was received by an employee, I met the boss, I speak Spanish, he made no effort to establish any semblance of contact. He was a winner because given the circumstances, my plane arrived 3 days late...but not a welcome word. I keep an impression of coldness, of indifference, of sadness, of stupidity....it was the holidays....there are friendlier hotels near the center.

clean and quite comfortable room......given the political circumstances, I was alone in the hotel with a couple of employees who took turns......full of good will.....but efficiency limited. The boss lives there......in 3 weeks....have met him a few times.........no interpersonal skills, no good manners, no apparent interest in the "customer".. .stayed in the hall, one morning when I had to go wake him up so that he would open the door for me', alone...he didn't tell me didn't even ask where I was going on an excursion.....I was embarrassed.......No sense of business and public relations. The day I left..........he was behind his counter.............I was waiting for the taxi............ .....he left before me..........not a goodbye.........a real coward.......from behind the fagots. I was thinking of a small commercial gesture......like a 5-sole key ring....(he has a small shop in the entrance)...since my flight was 3 days late... .so 3 nights benefit for him...........nope..........zero human relations........no service...... ..........

Boa localização, porém o quarto é muito escuro, iluminação da época dos incas, lâmpadas amarelas super fracas. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos, porém não aceitaram pagamento em cartão e não aceitaram minha nota de dólar, alegando ser antiga. Não espere muito.
