Loved the Xima hotel, particularly because of its excellent service. We were attended to promptly and kindly at the front door, hotel staff helped us with all of our things and helped us with our itinerary, which felt above and beyond. Additionally, the morning breakfast was amazing and I was especially grateful to John Garcia for making our experience go so smoothly and again, going above and beyond. He made our experience here great. Would highly recommend Xima!

Great hotel, great service, Frank Jossef was a great help at all times. Very helpful. Great person to have as an employee, the hotel was real nice. The rooms.nice. the food real food, very well located. Great staff at check in and checkout, I will recommend to everyone, Frank Jossef was a great help

We were here for a couple days. Rooms are pleasant with all the needed features. The outstanding part of the stay is the staff. Always attentive and responsive. Our restaurant waiter Edi was the best. Easy walk to the plaza. A very enjoyable stay.

Spent three nights in this very good hotel which is in a central location within walking distance to the main square & sights. The room was a small double with a bathroom & walk in shower, no bathtub dramas! Pretty good restaurant & small bar and about the best breakfasts on the tour. Fairly friendly & helpful staff and a nice central courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a cold beer & a good book!

We were booked into the hotel for two nights as part of an escorted tour. Very pleasant hotel with comfortable well appointed rooms. Great buffet breakfast. On the second night, we decided to eat dinner in the hotel. Our meal was excellent and we were extremely well looked after by Abelardo. Service with a smile!

I stayed at this hotel with a tour. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Edi, the waiter, was very professional, courteous and helpful. He made you aware of other choices available outside the buffet. Highly recommend having breakfast here.

Very clean place, staff was very friendly. We arrived latefrom out trip, the luggage that we previously sent, it was already waiting in our room. The rooms were nice and clean, with enough amenities to enjoy. When we came down for breakfast the following morning. They had a nice spread of healthy food, bread and delicious jams. Our experience was very enjoyable.

Stayed here for three nights and loved it. A ten minutes walk to the main square. Room was pretty with lots of attention to details. Breakfast was excellent. Staffs were very polite and gracious. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the food was delicious!. We enjoyed staying at Xima hotel very much. Highly recommended.
