Un hotel que no es de calidad superior en absoluto. Pésima atención al cliente, con desprecio para el cliente. Toallas que se rompen cuando te secas de lo viejas que son. Bombillas fundidas. Grifos que no funcionan. Habitación sin aire acondicionado y sin ventilación. Única ventana daba al interior del pasillo donde se oía el desayuno buffet y cada llamada a recepción. A hotel that clearly it is not superior. Crap customer attention, treating the customer with arrogance. The towels were breaking as they were very old. The tap for cold water was not working for ages. The bulbs were out since long time. Bedroom without air conditioning, with only one window facing to the inner corridor, where u can hear all the sounds of the breakfast or any call done to reception.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Great, friendly, mostly bilingual staff. Frank was an absolute delight. Friendly every morning, said hi to me at every entrance and exit of the hotel. He carried my heavy luggage all the way to the taxi. He was patient and kind to answer all my questions not only about the hotel but the city as well. Beds a comfy. Views of the court yard from the bedroom are stunning. Comfortable beds, rooms are cold at night. BUT they provide with thick blankets at request and space heater. Varying breakfast options every morning. Never got bored of food. Coffee and complimentary coca tea in the lobby. Beautiful comfy lobby. About a 10-15 minute walk to plaza de armas. But veryyyy close to any market/money exchange/restaurants on Ave de sol.

Good location, nice rooms, lovely atrium and courtyard. We enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. Tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. Abelardo is a top-notch server with excellent attention to detail. He made our meal a fancy event.

We treated ourselves to the Inca package after 18 days of travel. Came out feeling wonderful, totally relaxed and ready for the rest of our trip . Kati was amazing possibly the best spa treatment I've had. Can't recommend enough. Carol Perth Western Australia

Spent three nights in this very good hotel which is in a central location within walking distance to the main square & sights. The room was a small double with a bathroom & walk in shower, no bathtub dramas! Pretty good restaurant & small bar and about the best breakfasts on the tour. Fairly friendly & helpful staff and a nice central courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a cold beer & a good book!

We stayed here for one night in transit. We had a 1st floor room where, as others have mentioned, you can hear water running through pipes Not too clean, mold behind the tiles, and everything needs attention. Staff is bored. There is grunge behind the doors and at the edges of hallways. Lots of tourist groups coming through. Not a good choice if you’re looking for a clean hotel with a personal touch.
