Great location and service. Great value proposition in terms of rooms per price. Only downside, they don’t have a gym.

The location is good, just near the Temple of the Sun.
Although the suite area is a bit roundabout, it is a historical building after all, and was the communication room for the Inca Empire to convey orders (the Inca civilization did not develop writing).
The breakfast is quite satisfactory.
Because of the historical building, the wall is relatively thin, and the noise is still relatively loud. As a 50-square-meter suite, there is enough space for a bathtub but there is only a huge shower room... Is it because of the high altitude of Greater Cusco?

I booked 6 days but at check/in ,I indicated that
I had to leave on the fifth day because of Lima airport closure but they refused to refund me . At the end , after back and forth , they refunded me but a parsley sum - paid $1450 for 6 days and was refunded $120 for the sixth day . Not pleased with this behavior.
Overall stay was good but thus dampened the experience.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and well decorated rooms. In the center of cusco, blocks away from the main plaza. All types of restaurants and tourist spots. Always a pleasure to stay here. excellente breakfast with many options and incredible staff
