Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. The staff is extremely helpful and were able to book several taxi rides for us (all of which showed up at the right time) while we were there.

Excellent service, we were well looked after and the room was always cleaned daily. Impeccable breakfast with several options.

The hotel is very close to the city center and has convenient transportation. There are many choices for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Staff who cooperate with travel agencies will be stationed in the hotel to facilitate travelers to request itineraries and sign up for different sightseeing spots.

Good 4-star hotel with large breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, the breakfast is good, and the waiter has a good attitude.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Hotel. Fantastic location, close to the train station (if you’re going to Machu Picchu), restaurants, shopping, walkable to the main square. The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The hotel provides you free bottled water in the rooms which is a great perk. The best part is the breakfast buffet. They have a huge selection at the buffet to satisfy anyone’s appetite. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone visiting to stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Room is very dated. AC was so loud we had to turn it off at night. I would not stay here again

The hotel is well located closed to the historic center and Qoricancha where you can walk around the old town by foot. The hotel offers free airport pickup and dropoff service which is unique offer compared to other options in the area. The staff were very kind and the hotel was nicely equipped with clean and nice furniture and appliances including coffee makers, refrigerated, hair dryer, etc. Only one trouble was the noise coming from the hallway which woke me up several times whenever the cleaning staff or other guests spoke in the hallway.

This hotel was great, the staff were amazing and usually referred to us by name from memory, the food was fabulous and the hotel was convenient to many locations in Cusco and the staff were also great answering questions and arranging tours

Good location to the center of the city. Walk to bus to Peru rail to Machu Picchu. Limited breakfast starts at 3:30am and full at 5am. Very good breakfast.

Its a beautiful hotel, good food and nice amenities. I loved the view from my room. The staff was nice.

AMAZING Staff and services! Awesome breakfast options that are available even for those very early mornings. Especially considerate and friendly!
