Our room was awful. It smelled of mold, the shower water leaked outside the glass area, it was very hot on the third floor and we had to pay for bottled water. In addition one of the front desk clerks smelled like pot, the street in front was very busy (so drop off and pick up have to be fast) and the fumes from cars were strong. The good news? The laundry, grocery store, market and central historic area were within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was small but the food was ok.

Iwas thourghly impressed with the Manager and staff personell at the Terra Andina Everyone was pleasant and catered well to our needs There was always smiles while preforming requested task even with my inability to communicate in Espanol I highly recommend the Terra Andina and if there is ever an opportunity for me tomake a return trip to Cusco I hope they have an open reservation, but with the quality of service that may be a problem

After reading the other reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor I booked the hotel. This hotel certainly did not disappoint. It is in a great location, quiet and clean. Staff extremely friendly. Very good breakfast that is included. You should request a room with an outside window and some rooms will face in towards the courtyard. Hotel will also pick you up from airport as a courtesy.

Terra Andina Hotel and staff were amazing! Edwin provided a seat for me and companionship when I went outside to smoke late in the evening (safety?). I felt they cared and wanted us all to be comfortable and have the best experience. THANK YOU Edwin, Ronald, David and staff!!!!! Edwin, David and Ronald were quick to provide anything we needed, to include taxis, reservations, suggestions and medical help when needed. The hotel even extended our checkout time for medical reasons. Amazing breakfasts, rooms/ baths, room service and hospitality. They were FRIENDS and happy to assist with everything!! Way beyond our expectations:)

We loved this hotel. We were pampered to the very last minute We were 6 friends and they would accommodate all of our needs. They took care of our luggage at al times , especially the days we were out hiking the inca trail
