I love the hospitality of their staffs. Alfredo is really great and informative receptionist. I had Walter escorted me to my room and tell the details about the hotel and the nearby kusikancha which I can see from the rooftop windows. It is in walking distance from every historical sites. The oxygen supplement and coca tea just in case you suffer the altitude sickness, luckily I haven't used it.

The staff speak good English. The hotel is very big and the breakfast is rich.

It was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The location was good so it was easy to move around. It seemed perfect for a quiet stay. I recommend it.

Excellent: Delicious breakfast; strong historical atmosphere, strong visibility of the hotel; good service attitude Cons: The carpet should be changed; the front desk is unprofessional and dishonest (what problems will you encounter if you drop something in this hotel, it is estimated that some staff will try their best to shirk the responsibility); the bathtub is small and almost slipped ;The basic room type seems to be in the very dim side building, I can't understand why it is designed this way, there are many suites in the main building and bright hall;

Environment and location and services are not to say! The decoration is very characteristic, really good! His Colonial Suite is perfect for a family of 4 and highly recommended!

To expensive, no AC, my throat was very dry, had to pay extra for room service, the shower very small and dark

Our room didn’t have AC. No ventilation. Every night could not sleep. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel. Property was gorgeous and staff was great. But when you can’t sleep every night I would not be able to recommend this hotel to others.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Traveled all over the world. The most caring genuine people., willing to help you, show you their incredible city and country. Food was superb, a great bar, the front desk could not be more helpful, the doormen, the best 👏👏👏👏👏, amazing bkfst and the suites are fantastic and very spacious. Great pillows and robes.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Gorgeous and opulent interior, friendly staff that go way beyond the normal hotel experience, and incredible historic hotel. We were greeted with tea and chocolates. When my travel companion got altitude sickness, the reception staff immediately helped her and she got better. The restaurant food and staff were incredible and friendly. The bartender and pisco class were excellent. There was even an adorable young alpaca (Inti) near the courtyard that took the ambiance over the top. A great place!
