Excellent quality with such cheap price. But you have to aware that satffs might unable to speak English but only Spanish. But never mind, we use google translate and everything is fine. Rooms are clean and facilities are in good condition.
Not close to Main Square, need to walk about 20 minutes. But still it is value for price. Suitable for those who just need a clean bed and a clean washroom and nothing else.

The room was really nice, clean, large, and comfortable, but there was no central air conditioning or indoor air conditioning. However, because the temperature difference between morning and night in Cusco is very large, I checked in at midnight and the room was freezing cold. A small electric heater could not heat the room immediately, so I fell asleep when the room was very cold, and the room was slightly warmer until dawn. The breakfast was OK, and it was a bit noisy facing the street.
I saw that some previous guests said that it was difficult to communicate with the front desk, but I didn't feel that way. Some girls at the front desk could speak a little English, but with Google Translate, this is nothing. I saw that Ctrip showed that I was staying in the last room, so the price was very low, so I guess I got a bargain.

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff at the information desk are really friendly. However, the location is far from the square and high up, so you have to climb quite a bit. Other than the location, it is a really good place.

It's near the airport. If you live here, you can walk along the sidewalk to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. The breakfast was pretty good and enough to fill you up. There are heaters inside and outside the room. You have to open half of the window to sleep because it is too warm. No matter which direction you live, you can see the snowy mountains or the lake. Especially in the restaurant, you can take photos directly in front of the clean glass windows. The cleaning staff is really commendable.

Small comfortable hotel, 30 minutes from the airport and with amazingly friendly staff. A huge thanks to Mariella, Juan Carlos and Yolanda who were friendly, patient and fantastic at looking after us; they spoke excellent English, forgiving our poor Spanish, and they helped organise many day trips to the sights with their partner tour company and generally made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean with decent bedrooms and modern bathrooms which had excellent hot and powerful showers! Laundry service is great and cheap so don't bother packing too much! Be aware that there is no elevator, the flight of stairs are short, but if you're not used to the altitude, climbing stairs can sometimes be a tiring affair! Buffet breakfast is nice and varied and the hotel is not only surrounded by small stores and food outlets, including a small convenience store and a seafood restaurant just opposite, but it is only a short, straight walk to the historic centre and san Pedro and Santiago squares with their wonderful markets, cafes, restaurants and myriad of stores, including an excellent Orion Supermarket (Union) just a 10 minute walk away, with an ATM in its basement. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco, we spent two amazing weeks in a gorgeous, friendly city and beautiful country and we look forward to visiting again. Muchas gracias, Las Quenas!
