Excellent quality with such cheap price. But you have to aware that satffs might unable to speak English but only Spanish. But never mind, we use google translate and everything is fine. Rooms are clean and facilities are in good condition.
Not close to Main Square, need to walk about 20 minutes. But still it is value for price. Suitable for those who just need a clean bed and a clean washroom and nothing else.

It's near the airport. If you live here, you can walk along the sidewalk to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. The breakfast was pretty good and enough to fill you up. There are heaters inside and outside the room. You have to open half of the window to sleep because it is too warm. No matter which direction you live, you can see the snowy mountains or the lake. Especially in the restaurant, you can take photos directly in front of the clean glass windows. The cleaning staff is really commendable.

호텔 시설도 깔끔하고 안내데스크 직원들도 정말 친절합니다. 다만 위치가 광장에서 멀고 높은 곳에 있어 꽤나 올라가야합니다. 위치만 빼면 정말 좋은곳입니다.

We just stayed here either side of a trip to Manu rainforest- it was such good value! -so much better than the hotel we had been staying in in Cusco for the same price. The hotel is clean, has nice modern rooms, great showers and the couple that run it are just lovely! They couldn’t do enough for us, and were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us get our laundry done quickly when we needed it done very short notice, did us a boxed breakfast to take on our trip when we had to leave early, and organised our taxi back to the airport for us -for less than we paid coming the other way too. Would totally recommend as it’s great value for the money, and will go back there if I’m in Cusco again. Thankyou!

A very nice hotel for a resenable price. The personell were very friendly and helpful. We received a lot of good recommendations of what to do in and around Cusco. The hotel also offered laundry and free storage. Highly recommend.

We reserve for our trip at the end of March and pay for a Machu Pichu tour with its travel agency Now they don't answer The last day I received updates was on Jan 11 and I've been trying to get information about its safety and they don't answer by whatsapp, nor email or phone

We had a great 2 nights stay in hotel Las Quenas. We stayed a night in the hotel, had a 4 days jungle tour and stayed another night in the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the breakfast was good.

Hôtel Las Quenias was excellent: clean, comfortable, close to the center, but the best thing was the hosts. We were treated like family. Everything was well prepared for us every day and we were really touched by their kindness and generosity. Thank you for everything.
