Very good location. The facilities are very small, the bathroom floods every time you use the shower, and the buffet is very poor.

Overall, the hotel is not bad for Cusco, a small room, a small window, a very small bathroom, no heating, no drinking water, no slippers, but I give it 5 for cleanliness, for the location, and for the fact that the hotel is new. When we lived there, the cost was $90 per night without breakfast. For such a cost, it is normal. But when we left for 2 days and came back, the cost was already $180 per night, which is simply unimaginable for this hotel. Having lived a week in Cusco, it became clear that the price and quality are a big problem not only for this hotel but also for others! The prices are high, and the service provided is minimal!

Very bad, newly renovated, smell of formaldehyde, only one waiter at the front desk, the same one for luggage and check-in, no one to open the door, or any service, the bed is very small, very bad..............! Very bad!

No air conditioning, freezing cold in the middle of the night, poor sound insulation, inexplicable fire alarm in the middle of the night, no 24-hour hot water
