My family of nine (including 4 kids) stayed in three separate rooms at this hotel twice (before and after a trip to Machu Picchu) during our trip to Cusco. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The rooms were simply furnished but were clean and very comfortable. The bedding kept us cozy all night. Housekeeping was available every day. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel. Breakfast was available every day and consisted of bread, cheese, meat, pancakes or eggs, cereal, fresh fruit and juice, and coffee and tea. Water and snacks were available for a very reasonable price. The manager was very helpful- arranging taxis and walking with us to the main street to make sure the taxis had arrived. He also stored our extra luggage while we were in Aguas Calienties. We took advantage of the laundry service which was very reasonable priced.This hotel was the perfect place for our stay in Cusco and I strongly recommend it to to other travelers.

El personal es bastante atento y amable. El desayuno fue muy rico y variado. Se encuentran bastante cerca del mercado San Pedro y el centro histórico. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí, me sentí como en casa.

Vlakbij de san pedro markt, zeer centraal dus, ligt dit sfeervolle hotel met goede voorzieningen. Wij boekten een 2 persoons kamer met bubbelbad na onze Salkantay trek en dat was heerlijk! De kamer was ruim, en gezellig ingericht. Enig ( klein) minpuntje: enkele druppels uit het dak, tijdens een hoosbui). Het ontbijtbuffet in de mooie ontbijtzaal ( met oud textiel aan de muur als decoratie en houten vloer) was uitgebreid: ei, brood met kaas, vleeswaren, avocado, warme gerechten , pannenkoeken, yoghurt, vers fruit. Heerlijk om hier even bij te komen van de reis.

Si van a Cuzco NO ELIJAN ESTE HOTEL. La habitación muy incómoda, con un techo muy inclinado, ya en la mitad de la habitación debías agacharte para no golpearte. No tiene calefacción ni refrigeración. La ducha es un desastre, no me pude bañar porque el agua caliente duraba unos minutos y se cortaba. El desayuno es pésimo, de mala calidad, el jugo caliente y el café frío. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación.

No soy de dejar malas opiniones pero es necesario advertir a futuros clientes. De 5 noches solo nos pudimos bañar 2 porque no había agua caliente. En más de una oportunidad encontré la puerta de la habitación abierta (sin llave). La habitación no tenía ningún tipo de ventilación, había una claraboya sobre la cama por donde entraba la luz solar y no tenías posibilidad de taparla, por lo q ni bien salía el sol te daba en la cara sin permitir descansar bien. No tiene calefacción, cuando nos quejamos del frío, porque hacía 0 ° nos ofrecieron una estufa y resultaba insuficiente para calefaccionar el ambiente. El desayuno era muy malo, no había variedad y las infusiones siempre estaban frías al igual que los huevos revueltos, jamás me había pasado esto en un hotel. Lo único rescatable es la limpieza, la ubicacion y el trato cordial de los empleados
