Staff is amazing but unfortunately the property had a lot of issues with water, we had to spend a night in another hotel because they didn’t have water. Depending where your room is it can be very noisy. It’s steps from the main plaza which is a huge plus. Breakfast is okay…. Staff always amazing. Hopefully they will improve with time.

¡The staff was superb!
Guido Cortez especially, went that extra mile taking care of our needs. The next day our breakfast to go was ready and the cab we requested was also in time to take us to the airport.

As a family of 6, our room was perfect! Great room size and very comfortable. The location was perfect and a quick 2 minute walk to the plaza and restaurants. Breakfast made to order free and excellent staff

Don’t be fooled by the location. Although it’s in a great spot, the hotel itself is AWFUL. We arrived to our room with stains on the carpet, mold/mildew in the shower, the toilet making noise. The walls are paper thin and people coming and going through out the night making noise. The internet wouldn’t work in the room and the manager at the front desk said that it was our phones not working, not his internet, even though all 4 of us didn’t have any connection in either room. We only stayed the night and left immediately in the morning for another hotel. BE AWARE

Good location but most importantly, Nohely, Maribel and Percy are so helpful and made our short stay really comfortable. And they even arranged the taxi and kept our bags overnight when we check-out. And they respond to our messages and emails really fast when we informed them that our flights got delayed.

We booked Katari at Plaza de Armas because it’s the perfect location to catch the Inti Raymi festival that takes place annually on June 24. Our flight got delayed and we arrived early morning of the 24th instead of the planned 23rd but the team still arranged our airport pickup, allowed us to use the room to take a shower and have breakfast. Nohely and the rest of the staff at Katari were really kind and helpful and made our first day in Cusco warm and memorable!

Hotel perfeito, localização excepcional, quarto muito grande e limpo. Cama confortável, TV e internet. Café da manhã gostoso com frutas e opções de pratos preparados na hora. Os funcionários extremamente gentis e prestativos. No dia que saímos muito cedo para o passeio nos ofereceram café da manhã para viagem. Destacando os que melhor nos atenderam: Gerson, Guido, Nohely, Maribel, Rosita e Brayan. Voltando para Cusco com certeza me hospedareilá.

Excelente hotel! Localização perfeita! Não poderia ser melhor. O hotel fica ao lado da Igreja dos Jesuítas (uma das igrejas principais da plaza de armas), perto de vários restaurantes, pontos turísticos e museus. A equipe da recepção é maravilhosa, educados e gentis em todas as solicitações. Qualquer pedido foi prontamente atendido. Só tenho a agradecer por serem tão solícitos em nossa estadia de 7 dias. O quarto que ficamos atendeu perfeitamente nossas expectativas. Quarto limpo, cheiroso, organizado. Roupa de cama excelente, possui aquecedor, TV smart, e chaleira com diversas opções de chás. Não tivemos problemas com barulhos, hotel bastante silencioso. Equipe de limpeza nota 10, deixava nossos pertences organizados e o quarto limpo todos os dias. Trocavam toalhas diariamente. Café da manhã excelente. Todos os dias tínhamos disponíveis frutas da região, iogurtes, sucos, cafés, chás, pães, presunto, queijos, bolo, etc. Além disso, as funcionárias entregavam um cardápio com algumas opções que eram preparadas na hora, como omeletes, ovos mexidos, ovos com bacon, entre outros. Tudo foi servido rápido e bem quentinho. Uma sugestão é para que deixem um cardápio em cada mesa do café da manhã, assim fica mais fácil a nossa escolha. Para os dias que perdemos o café da manhã por conta dos passeios, o hotel oferece um lanche para viagem, que pode ser solicitado na noite anterior. Nesse lanche vem um sanduiche de presunto e queijo, frutas, suco e água. Destaco aqui meu agradecimento para Isabel e Maribel (equipe do café da manhã) que foram muito solicitas e gentis em todas as nossas solicitações. Muito obrigada! Obrigada a toda a equipe do Katari, vocês ajudaram para que nossa viagem fosse excelente.
