The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The girls and guys at the hotel are warm and friendly. We used their computer to process the Bolivia visa information, but we couldn't get it in because of the platform. As a result, several people in the hotel took turns helping us, and they took the trouble to do it over and over again for several hours. This hotel has the most considerate service among the several youth hostels in the itinerary.

At Principe III in Cusco, the staff offered unparalleled assistance throughout our stay. Our room was notably comfortable, with a top-notch bed and shower. Loved the breakfast, particularly the fresh avocados on request. The hotel’s proximity to city landmarks made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

I made a Phone reservation, every thing seems to to be right, however, when i arrived the nightmare begin, i knock the door many times and nobody answer, then i tried to call they have a printed paper with a phone number, and nobody answer. i was outside with my family, and the street seems to be dangerous. there were lost of drunk people around.

We spent 4 days in Cusco and stayed at this Hotel, it was a very nice experience! Super helpful and lovely staff especially Dani! Clean hotel and in a great location! The reception is open 24 hours a day. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. It is a bit far from the centre but very good for the price. The breakfast is very complete, with coffee, cereal, bread and even avocado. They could improve the wifi signal, which did not reach well in the room.

Impeccable service from the entire team during the 5 days we were here. We were always attended to when we needed it, the breakfast was very varied with typical dishes from the place. The city is wonderful with many places to visit and the people are wonderful.
