Hotel was based on convenience location wise more than anything. Stayed here before and was happy staff were helpful especially Helen and another lad who's name I did not get but he said something about Scotland so if he sees this he knows who he is 😊 hopefully after the whole transition for brewers fair to Premier inn the bar and restaurant will go back to the way it was before.

Reviews for this hotel were very mixed but my two night stay was fine. Check in was quick and my ground floor room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was also good. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food but I did have one beer in the bar where service was efficient and friendly. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the town/train station and is just two stops from Gatwick airport.

I have been staying in Premier Inn Hotels for the past 18months during weekdays and I can safely say that the service and the poached eggs served to me today were the best I've had. The Chef Thomas was fantastic and Helen the waitress was very polite and professional, you are both a credit to your employer. Keep up the good work.

Positive: We had an overall lovely stay at the Premier Inn Goffs Park. Your employees were very very friendly, especially the wonderful Kristel. She was a very nice lady and attended to all our needs. I didn't get the others their names, but also very friendly: the man who waited us in the restaurant and also the lady at the breakfast in the morning. One evening in the restaurant my mum unfortunately had a fall but the man working there immediately rushed up to her to help her. Very sweet. We had a twin room as I was staying there with my mum. She had the sofabed and I had the 2-persons bed. Both beds were very comfortable and we slept really well in it. One morning we went down to the reception as we wanted the toilet paper filled up and clean cups in the room. When we returned it was all done. Wonderful! The hotel was situated in a domestic area which made it very calm and it was also very close by the town center and shops. Negative Unfortunately the hotel does not have an elevator. As we were on the first floor and had to take the stairs with all our luggage, it was a bit hard for my mum who is in her 70's. I carried all the bags up ofcourse, but still, an elevator must be key in a hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated. It could use some TLC. Even though the taps in the bathroom and the lights, the USB-sockets were all very updated, it still could use some work. As said earlier, we had a twin room. As we arrived in our room, the sofabed wasn't made up. We also had 1 towel of each, not two. You would expect two towls of each as we booked for two persons. Luckily the lovely lady at the reception came up to the room and sorted that out asap. We went to eat in the restaurant a couple of times, but they weren't able to serve everything that was on the menu: like for example the fish and chips and also some other disches. Some drinks weren't available either. That's a bit of a shame. We stayed there from Wednesday till Saturday. Our room was apparently above the kitchen. On Friday and Saturday morning we woke up because of loud rap-music was playing below us. I found out it was coming from the kitchen as we sat close to the kitchen when we had our breakfast. It lasted from about 7AM till 10:20 AM. Not that it truly annoyed us, but maybe tell the cook in the kitchen to take this in account.

Reception staff helpful, despite being on his own and clearly over worked The rooom although small was very clean and functional. We asked for a room that didn't need a long walk to get there and were given a room on the ground floor just around the corner from reception which was good.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk apart from a guy who ignored me as I walked in. I arrived at the front desk and was stood there with a gentlemen just point blank ignoring my presence. After prompt it turns out he was an IT assistant. I eventually get signed in and got given my room key to a room accross the other side of the building complex having to walk outside and around to a separate unattached building. Got into my room and it was dark dingey, dated and basic but clean. Unfortunately there some noise above me, my mobile signal was non existent with zero bars showing on the signal screen. I had a very important day following, so needed as much quiet as possible, therefore I went back to reception to request a room above the ground floor. I was given my new key, & an employee the same lady who checked me in, followed me to my room, took my key off me and was made to feel untrustworthy. Went to my new room and tried connecting to wifi, so that I could prepare for my day ahead and do some necessary work online. I could not locate a room telephone to contact reception, and there was no contact information anywhere on my booking or checking in card other than a main switchboard number. Which is already giving me health and safety concerns. I popped down to reception where I was advised that the internet is down and is not going to be working that evening unfortunately and that there’s nothing they can do. I wasn’t offered any remedy or sympathy for this issue other than to be made to feel I need to just get over it. It was 4 minutes until the Bar and restaurant was open and I asked if I could go sit inside it, considering my room is accross the way in a separate building. That being said I was denied entry and had to go back to my room and wait as the reception area wasn’t very spacious by any means and had no seating area. I return for food and ate which I was satisfied with however i was shocked to find out that the same 2x hotel workers that assisted me with check in and room change plus 1x more male were the same 3x running the Bar, Restaurant, check in and Guest queries. Evidently the business is understaffed and workers forced to do multiple jobs dealing with Food, arrivals, and guest queries within a fast paced environment. This makes me worry about the H&S factors when NOT wearing protective clothing when in and out of the kitchen / Bar / Reception. This caused severe delay in all aspects of the running of the hotel with me witnessing guessed waiting to check in whilst hotel workers are busy running food, clearing in and taking drinks orders. After I eaten I went back up to my room and was readying myself for the next day. I noticed my room had no iron or ironing board. And again there was no telephone in the room and no contact number. So I had to again walk down to reception 2x flights of stairs and then out from my building to enter the car park to walk around to the main entrance back into re
