I stayed here only for one night while waiting for my flight next morning.
Things I liked:
-The hotel was pretty comfortable
-Very friendly and welcoming staff
-Very close to the airport which made it super convenient.
-The room felt very comfortable
-Better price than other hotels in the area
Things I didn't like:
-The hotel feels a little old.
-Doesn't offer anything outstanding other than barely common necesites.
-The telephone had no cable, so I couldn't call reception.
-The water heater kettle was a little dirty and rusty.

Arrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean.
There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to London Gatewick Airport and has convenient transportation. The Bus station is right in front of the hotel. It costs 2 pounds to go to the south and north terminals of the airport. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room facilities are complete and quiet.

After some inconspicuous sign-posting and a short chat with a driver of a different hotel shuttle bus, I was able to make my way to the hotel from Gatwick. It was a short ride, and the shuttle takes card, so there's no need to try and scramble change together.
The hotel
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has decent meals. The room itself was nice and clean, and I got a great night sleep before my next flight.
Getting to the airport
The shuttle arrives right outside the hotel, and there are timetables at reception. The shuttle is available early to late and was on time.

JJeffreyI don't understand the negative reviews on here. It's a beautiful hotel with a lot of intricate furnishings to make a feel like a European lodge. The room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was super strong, so it did spray out of the sink, but the shower was great. It's not far from the airport, but it's not really close to anything of note. However, since we had no plans really, we just walked to downtown Crawley through all the charming neighborhoods and footpaths and had nice afternoon eating fresh blackberries from the path and doing a Pub Crawl(ey). Once back to the hotel, there's a wonderful large grassy area the kids ran around in all evening while I drank ice cold pints from the bar. It was perfect.

GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a budget friendly place near Gatwick airport, it’s a great place. They have all the basic amenities and friendly staff. It’s quite deep in the heart of a residential area so it’s advisable only if you drive.
