I have stayed at many Premier Inns, but this was my first experience at a local one, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s exceptional service and genuine customer care. A special thanks to Alla, who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She ensured I had a comfortable room, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I’d also like to acknowledge Terri, whose bubbly personality, professionalism, and helpful attitude stood out. I had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel, and the reception team handled it seamlessly. They made sure all staff were informed, ensuring a smooth process. Jay at reception was also brilliant—attentive, helpful, and quick to answer all my queries. The restaurant staff at Premier Inn Manor Royal were equally wonderful. One lady, in particular, was very welcoming and took great care in noting my son's allergies. However, I do wish there were more gluten-free options available. One thing to note is that this hotel does not have its own restaurant, which might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, I’m really glad I chose to stay here instead of the North Terminal location. Thank you once again to the entire team—management should be proud of such outstanding staff!
