We have a corporate account and the rate is good but even if was free it would be over priced. Be aware that the train is only meters away so you will be woken up. Building is falling apart. AC unit didn’t work. TV was constantly buffering. Lastly the pool door wouldn’t open so nobody could use it. It says fitness room. It is not a fitness room. It is one set of adjustable dumbbells and a bike stuck in a closet. There are a lot of other options in town. Make this the last option.

Room was tremendous; quiet and with nice amenities. Only quarrel is that front desk didn't know that my reservation with ******* was for TWO nights. Haven't checked out yet so it remains to be seen if the rate I was promised will be honored.

Overall happy with our stay, bed was very comfortable, hotel is showing its age a bit, bathroom needs a reno, looks like the carpets and furniture have been updated, tv could be bigger but it always can be bigger lol, i'll be back next time i stay in Cranbrook for sure, price is on point

Sandmans are usually hit or miss with the boys being okay. This is the best service I've ever received at a sandman and they are so accommodating and good at customer service

Waited for the female desk clerk to stop chatting on the telephone..never a greeting or asking what we required.However we booked in because we were tired.Room was shabby to say the least.with outdated furniture , bathroom towels paper thin and had to ask for more. The entire premises are over rated and require urgent facelift.Plus day time receptionist requires training in hospitality. Would never stay there again
