It was okay the staff members have improved on their communication skills

Stayed in this hotel on a few occasions. Came back and wow , it’s all been refurbished. They have a newly refurbished carpark , Lovely rooms, really comfy bed , shower was amazing . House keeping and reception staff are very helpful and friendly . Excellent value for money. I will definitely be using this hotel everytime I stay over in Coventry

Not what you expect from a big hotel chain, the whole place is extremely run down and has 1970s holiday chalet vibes. The carpet in the room was filthy, there was a random plastic glove on the floor next to the bathroom and the grout in the shower was disgusting. I stayed on the ground floor and the underside of the balcony above has huge ***** lights which are directly in front of each rooms windows meaning it's almost impossible to block the light out to sleep. The door didn't seal properly and the room only had a small electric radiator, ok in summer but I'd hate to stay in winter time. Outside had random washing lines strung up with rotted wooden doors left open, looked so tatty Staff were helpful enough I knew as soon as I arrived I wouldn't be eating there so can't comment on the food. Definitely avoid!
