Other than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk.
The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day.
The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great.
Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

It should belong to the school's guest house. It is quite satisfactory, the room is quite large, and the price-performance ratio is good. The open campus environment is also good. There are some small shops on campus, and there is also Tesco nearby.
