Great new hotel right next to Coventry Station. Very comfortable and high-end.

It is really convenient to be 2 minutes away from the train station. It is a very good choice in Coventry. The breakfast is also good. The customer service at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, which is touching.

The room is very clean and large, but the hotel entrance is being renovated. Cars cannot reach the hotel directly. There are some abnormal noises in the room at night. I don't know if it is due to the new opening. I have already reported it to the front desk for processing.

Free 🆓drinks and snacks, but prices fluctuate too much

I arranged a dinner for 43 guests in the Cogs Restaurant. It was a pleasure to deal with David the restaurant manager, the service and food was exceptional. The guests who stayed the night all commented on how nice the bedrooms were. There is a great menu selection and all the food is freshly cooked for you….a great hotel for Coventry.

Great location right beside train station, totally new, very comfortable rooms, modern andnapotlessly clean. Excellent staff, engaging and welcoming. Hotel making an effort with environmental commitments, good good value and tasty also. Absolutely nothing to fault it on. Would gladly stay again

I've stayed in many IHG properties including Hotel Indigo but this was my first stay at the Hotel Indigo Coventry. I made a point of speaking to Michael on the morning of my departure because I was simply blown away by the constant desire of his team to ensure excellent customer service. From the point of check-in to the breakfast and in every encounter along the way, I could tell this was a team dedicated to providing the best service possible, with pride. The hotel is new, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast is amazing and I can say that this was my best hotel experience in as long as I can remember. I booked late due to attending an event at the NEC and found the proximity to the station handy indeed (9 minute train connection). If I was to be really picky, I might say that parking is not onsite but nearby (shared with the train station) but I was lucky enough to find an on-street place metres from the front door!

Service behind the bar a bit slow, we had snacks at about 11pm the Chicken wings were not very good at all sent them back Apart from that very Clean Tidy and Great rooms

This hotel has got to be one of my favourites I have stayed in. The staff are friendly, efficient and can't do enough for you. The rooms are nice. The public areas have been well decorated.

The hotel is very well presented. The staff from minute one to checking out were professional and friendly. Food was excellent.

This is a fabulous Hotel, every guest was looked after, rooms spotless, thanks to Julia and her team. The pillows were fabulous 😊The food was well priced, great value for money. It was yummy!. What a beautiful hotel and great team. Thankyou all

4 night stay was amazing, comfortable spacious modern room ( high spec ) breakfast was tasty with good variety.
