Last minute booking it didn't disappoint. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, with a safe included in the price, fully equipped kitchen, lots of storage, filter water tap which saved us having to keep buying water and a great size terrace with your own sunbeds, parasol and table and chairs, would have been nice to have a pool view however we as we did not spend a great deal of time in the room it did not spoil our stay. Lovely pool, plenty of comfy sunbeds (no sunbed wars when we were there!), very reasonably priced pool bar, daytime activities including archery and bingo. There was evening entertainment but we never saw this Location is excellent bars, restaurants, supermarket and beach all within a short walk and if you need a cab there is a rank outside the hotel Friendly polite staff, cleaning is every 3 days but not an issue, you can empty your own bin nearby if needed : plan to return in 2025

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this hotel is dangerous. Second day my 10 year old son cut his foot open in pool on one of the many broken tiles. Ive spotted blood on the floor on many occasions so this happens frequently. Wooden floor around pool lots of loose planks and some broke . On 8th floor lift not been working since last night now 2pm. Kids 10-16 went to room to get a ball this afternoon and got stuck as stairwells which have fire doors on are broken. So they were trapped on 8th floor no way out. Luckily eldest had her phone on her so could ring us. We managed to open the door from the other side. Husband had a look and once the door is shut it cannot be opened from room side. So in the event of a fire when magnets release the door you are trapped on the 8th floor with no way down. Spoken to hotel reception not very helpful and few hours later now and nothing has been done and lift still not working. Informed Jet 2 who seemed far more concerned about the situation. Food, now i can eat mores less anything apart from fish. Plenty of choice but it’s awful. I have toast with diabetic jam in a morning. Im not diabetic but the normal Jam machine never works just like the soap dispenser in the only women's toilet around the pools. I have tried most stuff at breakfast but it’s grim. Lunch well the chips are good. We stopped using the main dinning hell hole after the first few days for lunch and tea it’s traumatic experience. Drinks well thank god for water. Am fairly sure I've lost weight which usually in 10 days all inclusive i can put at least 10lb on. Can’t fault the staff around pool or restaurant apart from one lady who works at pool bars. She has a face on her all day and when you ask for anything she rolls her eyes at you with a very unfriendly look on her face. The standard of cleanness at this hotel is not good. How the hell its got 4 stars I’ll never know. Last few years we have stopped in 2/3 stars due to cost of going in school holidays. Those other hotels have been far superior to this hotel. I was concerned before coming after reading reviews and i was definitely right to be worried. This is also the first holiday am looking forward to coming home. I wouldn’t return even if they offered us another stay here for free. Update Jet 2 rang and said they have spoken to hotel and issue with fire door is sorted. Well just been up to check and it hasn’t and lift still doesn’t work what a joke.

Love this hotel 2nd time visiting & just as excellent. Every single member of staff from reception, table cleaners, chefs, bar staff & the most excellent animation team were all so friendly & helpful. Reception: wonderful cheerful greeting on arrival, welcome drink & quick, friendly check-in. Rooms: bright, clean & modern, only tiny niggle our toiket flush was temperamental but maintenance guy arrived within 2mins to fix. Balcony: beautiful side sea view, only other quibble they are high & walled do can't see through them if sitting but so much going on in hotel not much time spent there anyway. Restaurants: chefs are amazing serving up outstanding food, selection is unbelievable, anything you could ever want & excellent quality. Always specials being made up & different themes each night. I particularly loved morrocan & Mexican nights. Beautiful poached eggs & salmon in morning! Different main roast meat or fish each lunch & dinner from roast turkey/ duck/ pork & crackling/ beef, all delicious. Even enough to satisfy my ver fussy kids with standard plain pastas etc. And the pancake guy works tirelessly some evenings making som brilliant creations/ fun shaped crepes, they were delighted! Even pool snack bar best I've seen on all Inc. Well stocked, hood choice & lovely sea views bit more chill for a less busy lunch. Animation: the animation team were great this yr, all so lovely. Particularly Haviere, Havi & Nino. Super enthusiatic & friendly, always engaging with guests in passing. Loved the aqua aerobics daily & bingo avo. Girls enjoyed kids club few times they went. The shows they put on themselves were really good especially greatest showman & Oceania. Outside shows were on to which were really good, magic show & acrobatics. Bar: drinks excellent on all inclusive, good choice & not watered down..good brands like Gordon's gin & proper Baileys, mojitos, cava all Inc. Bar staff friendly & efficient, never had to wait long to be served. Pools: slide pool is amazing for our girls 7 & 8, spent good few hrs there. All pools heated so no issues with being cold like some in Tenerife. Lifeguards occasionally spotted but often on phone but we catefully watch our children do no great issue for us... Overall hotel: they've done a good bit to decorate communal areas & looks much more inviting & modern than our last visit, nice touches. Guys are constantly touching up paint on walls etc so very well maintained throughout. Big bar is nice to chill in & usually has done live music playing in background. Pool table there too so hubby & dad were happy. We like the outside seating in evening think this could be made a bit bigger? Improved a bit but nice to get done drinks & air at night. Location: great location pretty much right on beach. Nice & central if want to shop/ go out for walks €5 taxi to aqualand & next to siam Park. 15min fro. Airport so quick taxi if doing own transfer. Where to start…dirty bedding, dirty towels, broken flooring… looked like red/ blood marks in the bathroom. Bedding was not changed until we asked, when we asked for fresh towels, they all had black/dirty marks on. Our room door was damaged. Dirty plates, cups, glasses and cutlery in the restaurant. We ordered a fresh pizza at the pool bar, and they brought it out cold, then asked for a fresh one and we could see it was the Same one warmed back up. The evening restaurant we was served raw chicken. My partner then took a small bottle of water into the restaurant to take some medication with his food, and they come over to us and told him he isn’t aloud to bring his own water in and we have to pay for a glass bottle which was €2.50. The lady who told us this then carried on telling the other staff and making it obvious by pointing at us and all talking, a few staff then kept looking over at us rudely. My partner hadn’t even take a sip of water. Also noticed the milk at breakfast was very lumpy, this might explain why.. we had early breakfast (6:30am) the day of our flight home. And the milk/ food was already out, no heat or refrigerator on to keep the food hot/cold enough. I dread to think how long the food/ milk is actually kept there without following food temperature procedure's. We also noticed that the cleaners/ maintenance staff were letting themselves in our rooms without knocking. Me and my partner were getting changed and a cleaner walked into our room. The lock our side was on but they still managed to get access. The second time this happened my partner was in the shower. None of the staff knock the door to let people know they are entering. A lot of the staff are really rude, especially when you ask for something. Nicely location across the beach but very noisy on the *****. I wouldn’t recommend.

We loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. The rooms are a decent size and were cleaned every day. The food was excellent, some of it buffet style and some freshly cooked in front of you. Food is labelled with allergens and as someone who can't have gluten or dairy i had no problem finding something to eat. We were all inclusive and we enjoyed everything about it. For me, the resort itself was quite busy but we were far enough not to hear anything. We loved the fact that it was an adults only hotel. The animation team were excellent but they didn't bother you if you didn't want to take part. We would not hesitate to return. We went with Jet 2 but we opted for a taxi instead of a transfer and it was about €30 each way.

Review Iberostar las dalias 16/10/24 to 23/10/24 This is an easy review to write because everything was just brilliant. I usually find one or two staff are worth a mention, however, at Iberostar each and every staff member I had dealing with was, without exception, extremely friendly, totally professional and a just pleasure to deal with, even when I messed up attempting to speak Spanish. So 10 out 10 to all the staff. The food during the week while we there had a different theme every night with relevant cocktails. We are a family of six, ages-ranging from 9 to 73 years old. The food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice at each meal, although breakfast tended to be very similar each day. All six of us found plenty to eat and drink, I know I have put on a few lbs. Our room had a well stocked bathroom and was cleaned everyday, with towels replaced when requested, the cleaners were prepared to work around us when we where in the room. The air conditioner worked well. We paid 21 euros for the hire of the room safe, 3 euros per day. The entertaining team were terrific, full of action during the day and really well presented shows in the evening. I also never had to wait at the bar for more than a few minutes, sometime not at all. The kids loved the ice creams and we enjoyed the ice cold prosecco. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool area, the water felt a little cold at first, but perfect after a couple of minutes, our grand daughter spent countless hours in the pools. The adult only area I found to have a more relaxed feel I spent some time there, again plenty of loungers, I did have go in the whirl pool but not really my scene, not sure about the loungers in shallow pool, I couldn't quite see the point. We booked a couple of trips and shows through a representative who was sat next restaurant named Hector, they all worked out and we all had a wonderful time. Just a couple of personal points which I felt would have improved the my stay. A bar at the adult only area would be nice touch. Tea and coffee facilities be available at lunch and dinner as well as breakfast time in the restaurant. Tea making facilities in the room, although I did get a kettle from reception with a 10 euros deposit. All in all we had a fantastic week at Iberostar.

Stayed here for my birthday after some initial confusion regarding the check-in process. I was really impressed with the hotel. The smell of the reception area is absolutely divine all the staff are lovely from housekeepers who work extremely hard to keep up the high standards to tje bar and waiting staff we particularly loved Nora on the roof terrace. The room was spacious with lots of storage, comfortable beds, lovely big bathroom and balcony. The roof terrace was our favourite place to be a great atmosphere with music and great views. Food was plentiful with lots of variety loved that there was lots of local Spanish dishes to sample. Also noticed plenty of choice for children too. Great entertainment at the front of the hotel and at the pool bar. Hotel is well located with great supermarket across the road but the on site shop is well stocked and more than reasonably priced. Enjoyed it so much I have rebooked to bring the family next year and can see us being regular guests

We had a lovley stay, room with a large balcony with sea view for a week at Easter. The staff were very friendly, food each day was a great selection. Pool was lovley only downside was the kids shallow area was very busy and not so big. The third bed in our room was quite uncomfortable so down one star, so all 3 of us slept on the twin beds. Overall a great experience and couldn't beat the location from the beach.
