The hotel is nice and in the good location. Near the station and near public entertainment too. The staff is good and overall its a good experience.

Hotel location is good. Walking distance to lake Como. Room is dated and there are bed bugs on one of the bed. My son got bitten. Breakfast spread is good and staffs are efficient.

Not many customers as it was near the yearly closing date. I could check in in the morning.
Room was clean. The flush toilet was leaking all the time which is a bit disturbing in the night.

Well, tiny rooms with bad l ighting. We asked for more towels for 3 ladies, did not appear. Staff was nice but we never got our towels. Pillows were so hard. Not sure I 'd recommend it.

Clean room, convenient to public transportation, but it is right on the street, so it is not quiet. Front desk staff was very nice.

Park Hotel staff was very helpful and had comfortable modern facilities with nice breakfast. It's location to the train station and lake como is a big asset. The desk and breakfast staff are highly commended for their service.

Good location, 10 minute walk to Como attractions. Room was clean/ comfortable. Shower hot. Very accommodating holding our bags on both arrival and departure days.
