Hotels near Ohio Craft Museum in Columbus

The location very close to Ohio State University is the biggest advantage of this hotel. At the same time, the service quality and attitude of the front desk are also very good, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very simple. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, but the area is small. If you live alone, you can barely make do, but if you live with two or more people, the experience will be very bad.

It was a surprise to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very new and is a serviced apartment. Breakfast is good, there is a sofa bed in addition to the big bed. Internet TV is very good and the room is very comfortable overall. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, tableware, etc. The hotel can also buy food, fruits and vegetables. There is no need to pay a deposit and you can check out until 1pm. Overall very satisfied, next time you must book in advance, live for a few more days.

I feel that the hotel spends all the money on the lobby, I don’t even want to take pictures of the bathroom, it’s too small, please forgive us ordinary people who don’t understand the concept and purpose of the design. We were given a room connected to the next door. We opened the door here and made sure the room next door was closed. It would be embarrassing if it happened! The price of 18XX, but even a 500ml bottle of water has to be charged an additional $2. I don’t deserve it. Fortunately, I brought my own water and put it together for a photo to commemorate stepping on thunder! But what is consoling is that the steakhouse Eddie Merlot's opposite is worth trying. The taste of steak and other meals is really amazing!

stayed two nights for a conference and it was my first time in Columbus. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. The check in was smooth despite thousands of conference attendees in the area, I never had to wait long for an elevator, the bartenders were great conversationalists, the concierge was sweet and helpful, the bartender at the hotel bar was so nice, the bellman and the valets were very friendly and helpful. Brian was so kind when helping me with my car both times and even offered me a bottled water while I waited. I highly recommend staying here!

It is currently being renovated or it is new because there has been a lot of work done in the lobby and in the hallway. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance! The interior design is not my thing, but you can argue about taste. Value for money not really ok!

I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

Hotel was very clean. Customer Service was phenomenal. Will definitely stay again.
