"The hotel gave us a big surprise. We booked a three-bedroom suite, with a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, and the kitchenware was also very thoughtful, with a variety of pots, knives, bowls, plates, and cups. The coffee was also very delicious. There was a beautiful river at the door of the room. We arrived at the hotel after 4 pm, and my friends sat in the chairs at the door and relaxed. This hotel is highly recommended by friends for travel."
"Location was ideal for travelling through. The room was clean and comfortable. What a nice treat to have a full breakfast before heading out the next morning. Everything was available, ready and delicious."
"What we like: The hotel is quite new, the room is quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
What we don’t like: The hotel is located at the edge of the town, which is few minutes drive from the downtown area. It is also close to the railway and we can hear train noise in the evening.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It was a good stop over for our trip to Banff."
"We stayed in a standard twin room. The hotel facilities in the room were not well maintained, the bathroom was very small, and the refrigerator looked dirty. The most attractive thing about the hotel was the swimming pool, and the children had a lot of fun."
"The waiter was very good, one light in my room was broken, and we were dealt with it quickly. The furniture is a bit old but clean, the king bed room, the bed is really big and comfortable, the location is close to the city center."
"This is the most romantic cabin in a small forest I have ever lived in. I really like the black luxury interior decoration and all places are very careful. I especially like the modern kitchen, bathroom, and then the bedroom has a TV, and then the living room has a TV. The mirror is very beautiful."
"The hotel is nice, a little better than expected. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring pool, a gym, a laundry room, and the outdoor swimming pool is not open this season. The breakfast is also good. When booking, it shows double breakfast, plus two teenage children, four people can have free breakfast. It is a normal Western breakfast, which is quite rich. The hotel service is also very good. Although I didn't see many service staff, the front desk was very enthusiastic and diligent from the moment I entered the door, and the check-in was simple and fast."
"Chinese service, breakfast is very good, feel at home. There is parking, free of charge. 10 knives for an extra bed. There is boiling water, coffee and tea in the restaurant. It is open until 22:00 outside the meal. If you need extra time, you can call the boss, free of charge. Microwave in the room"

Great
BBobEarly June is off season and a great time to visit a quiet Revelstoke. The Sutton Place is a few minutes from town at the center of what looks to one day be a mini Whistler. The hotel is elegant and modern. The rooms are IMHO magnificent. We both decided we could live there full time. We had more than we needed or wanted and it is all very well done. We were a little concerned that there was only one restaurant (Rockford) and town required driving. The full kitchen in our room would have been used if we were staying longer or had family with us. The first meal at the Rockford convinced us to eat all meals there. Everything about the Rockford was excellent; ambiance, view, staff, and of course food. At our last meal before leaving I was craving veggies and selected a tuna ”bowl”. I'm only 77 but it was one of the tastiest and satisfying meals ever.
LLin777The day before your stay, they email you the room code, but I didn't notice it. I arrived at 11:30 PM that night, and there was no staff at all. Luckily, I had left my phone number, so I was able to get the code and enter my room. It was a real false alarm. Our five-person room was on two floors, with no elevator and stairs. It came with a full kitchen, living room, and dining table. It was new, clean, and even had laundry facilities, making it a perfect place for travelers. We could buy food from the supermarket and cook it ourselves, saving a lot on food. We left the next day without checking out. It's truly a country of honesty and trust. I loved it! It was a truly wonderful stay!
MManyouziyourenYoho is less well-known among the three national parks of Banff, Jasper, and Yoho, but its Natural Bridge, Emerald Lake, and Takakkaw Falls are well worth seeing. Staying in Golden is a smart choice. First, the price is reasonable; second, it's convenient for dining and shopping; and third, you can catch up on any sights you missed on the first day on your return trip the next day.
B&Bs are much cheaper than those in Lake Louise and Banff.
The hotel is a bit historic, but clean and very quiet.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Prestige Inn Golden! The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning mountain views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site amenities like the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding, and the attached restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, Prestige Inn Golden provided an excellent stay, and I look forward to returning on my next trip!
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week.
Checked in quickly.
Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options.
It has a pool which is nice.
Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.
GGingerNutzWhen I checked in a 'security' deposit was taken from my credit card without my knowledge or my approval. I only found out because my bank always sends me a SMS message when my card is used. It's a very long time since I stayed in a hotel which requires a deposit. I checked out last week and the deposit has now been returned.
We stayed in the block behind the main building. It was a motel style room with car parking outside. The room was clean and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't much noise from the road.
Breakfast was basic, with little choice. It felt like everything was done to keep the cost down.
Hilltop Inn is a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. I will probably dig a little deeper next time I stay in Salmon Arm and stay across the road at the Fairfield.
GGuest UserSpacious room with three beds.
Breakfast satisfactory.
About 14km drive to Kicking Horse ski resort. We did enjoy the skiing and snowboarding here.
Car parked outside. Therefore have to spend 10 minutes to wipe off the snow on the car
GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and beautiful, and the lake is just a short walk away. The room is heated by a wood-burning fireplace. The hotel's short-distance car service is very good, and it helps load large luggage. The food in the hotel's bridge-side restaurant tastes good. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is low.
GGuest UserIt was in line with expectations and the location was easy to find. The breakfast was nutritious enough, but the variety certainly couldn't be compared with that of a five-star hotel. Home-cooked food would be more comfortable. My friend is also coming to visit, so I will recommend it to my friends.
DDHL321Although this is a hotel under the Travelodge brand, it turns out to be more like a basic motel. The actual condition is quite different from the photos shown.
First of all, the room facilities are outdated. The lighting is inconsistent, with both warm and cool tones due to mismatched light bulbs. The window-type air conditioner produces a lot of noise. The TV couldn’t receive any signal, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Only about a quarter of the showerhead was functioning properly, and the fridge did not have a freezer compartment. The breakfast is just better than nothing.
The only positive aspect was the friendly attitude of the front desk staff. Overall, considering the price, it was not worth the value.
